It was a very good place to be in Miami Beach, not only for the location, but also for the employees and the quality of the rooms and services provided from the hotel

The location is not directly in the center of Miami Beach, but a regular shuttle service is available to transport you to town. The beach and pool are very nice and clean. I also attended yoga morning sessions, and it was very nice :) I didn't use any spa services, but I am sure they must be excellent. I went for breakfast once, and it was okay. I also went outside to a healthy food bar, and it was outstanding, so I recommend venturing out. The part I wasn't so happy about was the mandatory valet parking. I had a car with me to drive to the airport, but I didn't need valet parking. When I stayed in other hotels in Miami Beach, I was able to park the car myself. So, I have wasted $ 100 on parking. Another consideration is the pricing scheme and taxes. I know that the US tax system is complex, but I would appreciate it if I could know the full and final price at the time of booking and not have a surprise at checkout. The amount of extra charges and taxes on top of the room fee is just ridiculous. Read less

Not at all what I expected after reading all the good reviews. I expected expensive but with that I expected exceptional accommodations. The rooms were small and many extra fees. Don’t waste your money with an upgraded room because there was nothing upgraded except your price per night. The pool was small with no view of the beach and once I… Read more

Don’t waste your money with an upgraded room because there was nothing upgraded except your price per night. The pool was small with no view of the beach and once I saw the beach I understood why it was shield by all the palms and tropical foliage. If you like mucky water, seaweed and the sight of cargo and oil ships it’s your place to go! Not to mention county rules say all people Must leave the beach by 6pm. What!?! The restaurant service was great but food not up to par. I was extremely disappointed. Read less

We stayed at The Palms Hotel as a continuation of our vacation after a cruise, and it was the perfect way to keep the celebration going for my husband's birthday! From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless and relaxing. A special shoutout to Moises, who was absolutely amazing! He went above and beyond to make sure we were always well taken care of—his attentiveness and warmth made a big difference in our stay. The beach access was incredible—beautiful, clean, and noticeably less crowded than other nearby spots, which made it feel like our own little paradise. The hotel’s location is also fantastic—close enough to everything while still feeling peaceful and tucked away. 10/10 would highly recommend The Palms Hotel. We’ll definitely be back! Read less
