10 individually decorated suites featuring a designer’s touch and opulent details throughout. All with air-conditioning, complimentary WiFi access, cable TV, mini bar*, safe, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, bathrobe, and bathroom amenities.

Superior Suites are 550 sq ft in size, with a separate sitting room, and bedroom with 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults.

Exceptional Suites are 700 sq ft in size, featuring a private terrace, sitting room, and bedroom with 1 king-size bed, as well as the option of two additional full-size beds, sleeping maximum 4 people. 

One Bedroom Suites are 1500 sq ft in size, featuring a private terrace, sitting room, and separate bedroom, sleeping maximum 4 people.  

The Venus Suite features two balconies overlooking Ocean Drive and the Mosaic pool, a separate sitting area, two flat-screen televisions, in-room stereo system, oversized shower, and bedroom with double queen-size bed, sleeping maximum 4 people.  

Gianni's Master Suite features two balconies overlooking Ocean Drive and the Mosaic pool, a separate sitting area, bedroom sitting alcove, his and hers closets, oversized double-head shower, and a double king-sized bed, sleeping maximum 4 people. 

Daily breakfast included. Onyx Bar (serving sophisticated cocktails and fine wine selections). Restaurant Gianni’s At The Villa (refined continental cuisine, open for lunch and dinner).

The Hotel is very clean. The Staff was great! Shoutout to Isabella at check in. She was very professional and helpful. We loved dining around the pool. Dinner and service were excellent. The included breakfast was very extensive and delicious.

Such an amazing place to stay . The staff (Talia ) are kind and very accommodating. The Villa is beautiful and very clean. A private hide away on ocean blvd. The view from the rooftop is breathtaking. Just steps away from the ocean and the best restaurants.

Oh, this is my favorite hotel in the world ,never fails- so beautiful and the staff so welcoming and professional! Thank you Talia for making us feel so welcomed and cared for⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️💫! The pool is literally a fountain of youth and Gianni’s the restaurant delicious as works of art.The bedding and comfort of the room is exceptional

Had an amazing time at Villa Casa Casuarina at the Versace Mansion. We were staying at a different hotel and booked lunch at Gianni’s, which is amazingly consistent considering how many people eat there each day. Luciano always offers good recommendations and the team there is professional and knowledgeable. Out of curiosity, we checked if they were still sold out for Memorial Day weekend and saw there was a room available. With the help of Talia, we booked an amazing suite in the middle of lunch. She was a wonderful resource throughout the weekend. Obviously the mosaic pool is beyond gorgeous, but it was also a wonderful added benefit to have access to the Hotel Victor pool, their sister property next door. Breakfast each morning was included and there are plenty of options to have a few different experiences. By the end of a very fun weekend we opted for breakfast of coconut water and fruit by the pool. It’s special to enjoy the pool area without the many people who visit for lunch and dinner. The shower setup was a work of art, there was amazing closet space, and the balcony view of the ocean was genuinely special. We are so glad we checked with Talia about a room at the mansion! Read less
