The hotel

13 individually suites featuring custom Italian marble, oversized bathrooms, separate living rooms and expansive closets. All suites include air-conditioning, complimentary WiFi access, cable TV, mini bar*, tea/coffee making facilities, safe, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, bathrobe, and bathroom amenities.

Superior Suites are 550 sq ft in size, with 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults.

Exceptional Suites are 700 sq ft in size, featuring a private terrace, and bedroom with 1 king-size bed, as well as the option of two additional full-size beds, sleeping maximum 4 people.

One Bedroom Suites are 1500 sq ft in size, featuring a private terrace, sleeping maximum 4 people.

The Venus Suite features two balconies overlooking Ocean Drive and the Mosaic pool, in-room stereo system, oversized shower, and bedroom with double queen-size bed, sleeping maximum 4 people.

Gianni's Master Suite features two balconies overlooking Ocean Drive and the Mosaic pool, a bedroom sitting alcove, his and hers closets, oversized double-head shower, and a double king-sized bed, sleeping maximum 4 people.

Daily breakfast included. Onyx Bar (serving sophisticated cocktails and fine wine selections). Restaurant Gianni’s At The Villa (refined continental cuisine, open for lunch and dinner).

Please note: Gianni's Restaurant is open to the public for lunch and dinner reservations. Hotel guests receive 10% discount at dinner.

We were greeted by Talia the moment we stepped in. From that moment forward she treated us like royalty. She was extremely attentive and caring. The Casa Casuarina was one of the most extraordinary hotel experiences we have ever had.

Staying in the Signature Suite was a dream. The room was luxurious, beautifully designed, and full of character, perfectly blending the rich history of the property with modern comfort. It’s safe to say I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Miami. Breakfast was excellent each morning, the head server was exceptional, a special thank you goes to Talia, who was a fantastic host throughout our stay. Her hospitality added a personal touch that truly elevated the experience. The entire property is stunning — every corner tells a story, and the pool is absolutely iconic. First it’s classic decor oriented. There is 3 large window is actually door that slides open towards large balcony. The view on 3rd floor of ocean drive and beach is amazing. Other side also have balcony too. The bathroom also big with some modern toilet. The room is beautiful with many details. The hotel is busy with restaurant, lunch and dinner was crowded.
