Overall have a great experience with solo beautiful views and beach front amazing experience I can’t complain. Services was great customers service was good . Room service was okay wish they clean more in the floor just cause we did come from the beach most nights so we will have sand all over the floor .

My husband went down to the lobby, spoke to Ocsar, whom was our conceir and he recommended a suite that was ABSOLUTELY AH-MAZING! If your able to book this room, book it 2402A! I promise you wil not regert it. Absolutely break taking views, and yes, I said Veiws along with great sunrises and sunsets. The beach was beautiful as well. The beach guys are very nice as welland will het you set up with beach chairs & towels. Everyone at the hotel is very kind and helpful. The only down fall is the service in the restaurant was very slow both times we dined there, but coffee was pretty good. If you have a chance to go, ask for Oscar, he will definitely take care of you. He recommended other good services such as food, activities, supermarkets etc in the area. The room was very clean, hotel smells wonderful, the halls are clean, the atmosphere had great vibes. We Ubered everywhere. It takes about 20-40 mins to go 2-5 miles down the road due to traffic, so plan accordingly if you are going out especially around peak hours. Read less

I truly enjoyed our stay and will be back! This was an amazing resort, they treated my hubby and I like family, the stay was so beautiful and the restaurant was top tier! We loved the beach and our view was breathtaking! We will be back and we cannot wait!

Close to beach.clean room.good price.staff was kind .nice view .good service and near to markets and good restaurants and close to bus stop . Me and my family had really good times there we walked to every where . Room services was so good they cleaned every day

Milana, Christy, Hana, Yvonna, Jan and Juan Carlos created a 5 star stay! Not the best check in, but everything else made up for it...the drinks, the food and the staff were amazing! Thank you for making my experience better each day, so much so that I extended my trip. Happy guest!
