The check-in was easy, valet was always ready and available to help, the beachside service was amazing ‘thank you Matt’. The room was great, including its cleanliness, the bed and the pillows. We would have liked an ice machine on every floor as we did have to go hunting for ice.We weren’t too thrilled about having to pay a daily charge for valet however, again they were ready and available when we needed our vehicle. We enjoyed the food however I thought that the added gratuity was not left to our discretion. We would absolutely stay again!

great location, well maintained and within walking distance of many good restaurants are the positives. the disappointment's are the hot water was slow to come out and I was surprised that they charge a "resort' fee to use the pool/beach and for parking.

Nice hotel. The Philipines staff of the beach, Ray, John and Mark are amazing and so gentle.
Only take care of the staff of the front that takes your bags to the room because they claim a expensive tip! We gave 10 dollars and the man didnt accepted it because it said it was so low..

Very nice hotel, spacious rooms and very clean. Also very helpful and reactive staff. I should mention Oscar and Ming who are always very nice and helpful!!!! Great guys!!!! I highly recommend this hotel. Great value in a city where everything has become out of reach.
