This place was magical ✨ From start to finish. Everything was perfect. From comfy beds, waterfall shower head, beach service, valet. I can’t wait to go back! Ross was top notch! Great customer service/hospiality!! Thank you so much!!

“Not for special occasions”

called the front desk to arrange something special for a friend’s birthday. Each time, I was transferred, placed on hold, or disconnected. When I called back, the phone either rang endlessly or someone picked up and hung up immediately. This hotel has no sense of customer service. At one point, I was left on hold while the front desk employee forgot to mute the line and started discussing personal matters, using profanity. I wouldn’t recommend this property for any special occasion. Choose a real five-star hotel that understands hospitality and values its guests.

Good hotel facilitie and well decorated rooms. Staff very polite and welcoming. And that’s about it. The beach service that costs US$44 a day is very confused and slow. The staff is friendly but overloaded and can’t handle the demand. Manager seemed lost and has to remember that sometimes it is necessary to get to the ground floor and help the staff get the job done. My wife waited for about one our to not get a beverage…. The room mattress is extremely soft and my wife has a back problem. I asked for another one more firm/ stiff. After 6 hours asking and waiting the most honest reply I got was “We can’t help you, all the mattresses are equal….” This is the first time I hear that in any hotel I have been to in quite a few countries….. the guest service attendant was very polite and honest apologising and offering anything else to compensate. So I ask for an extra pair of pillows which did not arrive before 47 minutes. This is my first night at the hotel and I have six more to go. Very disappointing…. God help me 🙏🏻
