Room seemed fine when we arrived but upon further inspection, it was dirty. Kitchen was dirty, bedding was FILTHY and full of sand from the beach. One of the toilets wouldn't flush properly, the air conditioner in one of the bedrooms wouldn't cool down, went to buy water from the hotel lobby store, they didn't have enough so I asked to purchase… Read more
Room seemed fine when we arrived but upon further inspection, it was dirty. Kitchen was dirty, bedding was FILTHY and full of sand from the beach. One of the toilets wouldn't flush properly, the air conditioner in one of the bedrooms wouldn't cool down, went to buy water from the hotel lobby store, they didn't have enough so I asked to purchase more and was told "there is a wal greens I could go buy my own." My daughter hit her toe on the door coming in from the beach. It started bleeding pretty bad so I asked for a first aid kit and was told "all we have is a band aid" and was again told that I could go to wal greens. Would NOT recommend this place! We will not be coming back Read less

If a hotel could win an award for "Kindness", then Sole Miami would definitely outdo and top the list of all others. This is a beautiful place to stay for a vacation and just as good a place to stay if you suddenly get ill or experience a serious medical emergency (as happened to me) on holiday and need different measures of care and kindness to keep going. Special mention to Ross Reyes, who is at the top of his game managing the hotel and providing outstanding customer care—he went above and beyond in every way and is a true asset for Sole Miami. Also, a word for Hannah in F&B, who showed genuine care, attentiveness, and compassion. The hotel is beautiful, beach and beach loungers all great, there's a small sauna and steam room and decently equipped gym. It is very well-located near local shops, supermarkets, restaurants, other hotels and a variety of salons. Well-worth staying at when in Sunny Isles. Read less

Stayed at Sole Miami from 28 June and everything was perfect. The rooms were cleaned every day, together with towel change and bed linen all regularly. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The guys working on the beach worked really hard, specially in the heat. The valet guys were helpful and couldn’t do enough for you. Car arrived on time… Read more

The guys working on the beach worked really hard, specially in the heat. The valet guys were helpful and couldn’t do enough for you. Car arrived on time every time it was requested. The guys working at the Tipsy Turtle Pool bar were fantastic, including Lucas, Angeline & Luis plus the others who unfortunately we didn’t get the names of. Thanks Sole Miami for an amazing experience:) Read less

Nice hotel. Loved it was right on beach and we could walk right out to chairs and umbrella. The room was smaller than expected and there is no furniture on balconies so having beach view was kinda pointless because we couldn't sit out there. Unless we sat on concrete ground. I wish they would have stated that no rooms have at least chairs out… Read more

Also, there are lots of floors but only like 2 ice machines we could find but you cant use your key to go to other floors to get it. Read less

Overall a great experience. The hotel restaurant, Baleen, has some strict policies set by the manager. I heard "the manager" on 3 separate occasions while visiting the restaurant during my 5 day stay. I will give my last day as an example. I had some left over food from the restaurant and wanted to eat it after I checked out and was waiting. The front desk ran out of plastic forks Baleen gave for employees so I went to the restaurant to ask for a fork. I was told Baleen's manager does not allow them to give out the plastic forks but the person gave me one anyway. I understand rules but you can become so strict that it ends up being an inconvenience to the customer. Also wish the beach service was consistent. Our 1st day, the beach laid out our towels on the chairs, setup our umbrella, and gave us 2 towels. We did not receive the same level of service on other days. Really love the fact that we had a full kitchen. Read less
