I had a very disappointing experience with this hotel and would strongly advise others to be cautious.
When booking online, I clearly specified that we were 7 people (2 adults and 5 children). The system allowed me to reserve a two-bedroom apartment, indicating that it could accommodate our group. A few days before our stay, I visited the hotel in person to check things out, and right away I found the staff to be quite rude and unwelcoming. While that alone was concerning, I was still willing to proceed with the booking.
However, the situation became much worse when I was told that the apartment could not accommodate 7 people, despite what was clearly stated in my booking confirmation. Instead of honoring the reservation or taking responsibility for the error, the staff insisted that I would need to book an additional room at full cost. They dismissed the confirmation as a “mistake” and were not willing to offer any reasonable solution.
In the end, I had no choice but to find alternative accommodation, which was extremely inconvenient and stressful. It feels very misleading that they advertise these apartments as suitable for larger groups when they are not willing to honor those bookings upon arrival.
To make matters worse, I am still waiting for a refund for this booking, which was supposed to take place three months ago.
Overall, I would not recommend staying here. The lack of transparency, poor customer service, and unresolved refund issue make this a place I would avoid in the future.
