Myself, wife and 14 yo daughter. This is our 5th visit. Stayed for 5 nights. Quick check in, had to pay extra for a pool view. 6720 great pool/resort /volcano bay view. The beds are on the small side. Nice comfortable room. The hotel is showing the signs it gets hammered daily. Would definitely stay again.

Booked this place for a family vacation. Stayed in the Family Interior Suite. Fit comfortably (4 adults 2 kids). The only thing is the sofa bed is pretty hard but other than that everything was great. Shuttle buses ran quickly, staff was great. It was so great we actually paid for an extra night.

We stayed here for 3 nights last July and we really loved this property. We arrived by way of Universal Super Star shuttle, an easy option from Orlando International Airport to the resort. We arrived at the resort around 1.30PM. Check in was hassle less. The receptionist explained all the necessary information and locations of interest regarding the resort. We stayed at the Volcano Bay view room, located in the South Tower. The walk from the lobby to the South Tower was pretty far, especially if you navigated it with plenty of luggage. Do not forget to borrow the luggage trolley at the bell services. Shout out also to the Bell Service staff who were kind in keeping my online grocery orders, my rental stroller and my Amazon orders as well. The room was really spacious with a beautiful view of the Volcano Bay, clean, quiet and comfortable. The room came with the necessary standard amenities you need. We had dinner at the Bayliner Diner and it was pretty tasty. The best perk staying at the South tower was the proximity to the Volcano Bay entry gate. It took us two minutes to reach the entry gate from the room. We loved Volcano Bay! We thought that it was the best water park in Orlando. Unfortunately, we did not have the time to swim at the resort, due to lightning and heavy rain during our stay. Overall, it was a great stay and a great value. Read less
