Terrific room (executive), wonderful breakfast, attentive staff, excellent service from the bellboy
Had a problem with the bathroom door and mattresses, they moved us immediately to another room with the bellboy helping

Quite possibly the worst experience I have had in recent memory. Facilities are clean and modern looking but it started with my check in - took 1/2 an hour despite one person being in front of me in line. Then, at 12:30AM loud thumping started from the room next door accompanied by cigarette smoke drifting through the vents. Called the front desk. “This is not good. I will send someone up right away”. Nothing happened. Called three more times and was told security would come up. Visited the front desk at 2AM and asked for a different room - was told it was not an option. “I will send someone up to educate them”. ??? I finally knocked on the door at 4AM, asking them to quiet down and was verbally assaulted. Zero response from management at this hotel. Pretty much ruined my day as I’m now operating on 2 hours of sleep and have an important work meeting today. Gosh I hope this note makes a difference for someone but please look elsewhere if you want a good, safe place to sleep.

Spending Passover 2025 at the Dan Panorama was the best decision our family could have made. From check in to check out - and all points in between - the staff and management of the hotel took care of all our needs. Clean rooms, great food and a central location - close to the beach and Old Jaffa and many other activities make the Dan a great place for families to stay. Only drawback (and such a small one) is that the pool isn't heated so be prepared for a cool dip.

The Dan Panorama is always a very good stay when coming to Tel Aviv. Great Location close to the beach, Jaffa Flea Market, Neve Tsedek, Florentin, Carmel Market and all the cool places to be. The Dan Tel Aviv always treats you well, great team around Avi in the breakfast area, great bar, restaurant and management.
