We have just returned from another fabulous holiday to the Ritz Carlton . What really sets this hotel apart is the level of service. From the welcome you receive on your arrival, the boys at the pool , staff in the restaurants, literally every member of staff is working to make your stay the best it can possibly be . The rooms are large luxuriously furnished and spotlessly clean. On arrival the guys greet you like old friends . They are all so helpful but a special mention for Salmon ( hope I got the name right ! ) . I would recommend the half board option as the ‘dine around ‘ really gives a great choice of very high quality food at different types of restaurant. Our favourite is Li Jiang which also has a 5 -7 happy hour and you can overlook the Mosque from the outside lounge . The staff as always were fantastic and Cola , Vishu and Munashe were amazing . At the huge pool Babu looked after us from day 1 and nothing was too much trouble . Fion at front of house really couldn’t do enough for us . The hotel really values returning customers and it shows . I could mention many more members of staff as there was such a consistent level of service . We will be back ! Read less

My experience at the Ritz Carlton, Grand Canal was exceptional. The staff in the club level was great. Prabhu reminded me by name and always greeted me with a smile. Mustafa at the front desk was awesome. I highly recommend if you are in Dubai.
