348 rooms and suites. Deluxe Rooms are located on floors 1-5 and have a private balcony, sleeping maximum 2 adults and 2 children.
Board Basis options:
Half Board option: includes breakfast and a choice of lunch or dinner in one of the following outlets: 81, Republik (dinner is not available on Fridays), IBN Majed, Taperia (closed Sundays), Sette (closed Tuesdays), La Fontana, Captain's (dinner is not available on Thursdays), Anchor, Smokin Gun and Sport's Cafe.
One meal includes 1 x starter, 1 x main course and, 1 x dessert per person in the a la carte restaurants.
Tamr Pool Bar and Tamr Terrace, exclusively for Palm Tree Court guests only.
All beverages are chargeable as per consumption.
Half Board guests are eligible for a dining credit of AED 150 per adult, per day at White Orchid Restaurant, Kinara and Soul Beach (applicable for dinner only).
The redemption of this credit for dinner forms part of the Half Board package, if lunch is also consumed on the day of redemption this is chargeable.

Resort Course View rooms are located on floors 1-3 of the hotel and have a private balcony overlooking the golf course, sleeping maximum 2 adults and 1 child.
Premium Resort View rooms are located on floors 4-5 with views of the golf course, sleeping maximum 2 adults and 1 child.
Junior Suites are ideal for families, they are located on floors 2-5 with desert views and offer separate living areas, sleeping maximum 2 adults and 2 children.
One Bedroom Terrace Suites, located on floors 1-4, offer living and dining areas and a terrace, sleeping maximum 2 adults and 2 children.
One Bedroom Terrace Suites with Private Plunge Pool, offer living and dining areas and a terrace, sleeping maximum 2 adults and 2 children.
Resort Course One Bedroom Suites, located on floors 2-5, offer living and dining areas and a balcony, sleeping maximum 2 adults and 3 children.

The resort offers a vast selection of restaurants, and we were able to enjoy a variety of dining experiences across all the hotels within the complex. The staff were incredibly accommodating, even with our last-minute booking requests. The range of food options was impressive - there was always something for everyone, regardless of dietary needs or preferences.
The resort itself is stunning, both in design and atmosphere. A special mention goes to Balwinder from Republic and Rajan from the concierge team - both went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, always friendly, helpful, and attentive to every detail.
If you’re planning a trip to Dubai, I cannot recommend JA Lake View highly enough. I’ll definitely be returning in the future. Keep up the great work, JA Lake View!

Devi was great and got us a very nice room. The kids loved the splash park the mini golf and the pool as well as the room service. Would definitely return of we got the same room said the kids! All staff were polite and helpful. The breakfast was top quality. The hand made vegetable juice a big hit with the kids.

Really great time in this hotel. All of stad is nice and smile. Appreciate every moment with family. Pool could be open a little longer but it was fine. Tasty food and a lot of exersice to do here. Miss Snehali Nory from restaurant 81 was the best :)
