Deluxe Rooms are sea-facing and overlook the gardens, with 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 3 adults and 1 child aged 11 years and below.

The Residence: is an exclusive sanctuary catering to couples and set within close proximity to the One&Only Spa. With 50 rooms and suites it’s the crème de la crème of calm. Prestige Rooms are sea-facing and offer views over the gardens with 1 king-size bed or twin beds, sleeping maximum 2 adults.

If we have to be critical in any way it is just down to the variety of restaurants available (although admittedly we did stay for quite a long time). The buffet restaurants could do with a greater variety or more themed nights, and the half board offering leads you to ordering the same meals on multiple occasions. It's also very expensive, although I think this is more to do with Dubai in general these days for visiting from UK. Having said that we had such a great time and would not hesitate to go back next year. Read less

We just got back from One&Only Royal Mirage in Dubai, and it was simply a magical vacation! We stayed in the Arabian Court, and this place exceeded all our expectations. The hotel is incredibly beautiful – a real oasis in Arabian style, with palm trees, fountains, and luxurious interiors that make you feel like you’re in a fairy tale from “One Thousand and One Nights.” The pool is a story in itself: huge, with crystal-clear water, comfortable loungers, and a view of the sea, where we spent whole days just relaxing and enjoying the sun. The staff – that’s pure delight! They’re so attentive and friendly, as if we’re their old friends. From the concierge who helped with excursions to the waiters – everyone is top-notch, always with a smile and ready to help. They cared for us in such a way that it felt like we were wrapped in a cozy blanket, making every moment feel warm and secure. And the cuisine… Oh my God, it’s a paradise for gourmets! We tried dishes in different hotel restaurants – from fresh seafood to exquisite desserts, everything is so delicious, varied, and beautifully presented. The breakfasts were especially luxurious, with a huge selection of fruits, cheeses, and fresh pastries. Once again the team have worked their magic done to make our stay memorable. Irem was extremely quick to respond to our concerns and rectified them in extremely quick time. I would also like to mention that Karina was extremely efficient to action my concern instantly, without moment she approached me in a very professional manner . No sooner had I brought it to her attention, this was very quickly dealt with. I would also like to mention some other members of staff that seem to go above and beyond their duty. Thisara from Celebrities and the Olives restaurant team have always been on hand to see to our every need and his team are so efficient, that breakfast time is such an enjoyable experience. They even remember the drinks and food we ordered the previous day- such attention to detail. The room valet team including Samarth and Hammad- sorry for not remembering all your names but they have been outstanding with every detail taken care of. The pool team members have been so attentive and efficient during the hotter days ensuring regular water replenishment and assistance when needed. Binod from Rotisserie is so supportive and remembered my wife's dietary needs and regularly offers alternatives without the need for prompting . The Chefs have been wonderful too, supporting and coming up with fabulous desserts to meet complex dietary needs. We always find that Krishna is the vital and most helpful member of the One and Only team who is always working tirelessly to make sure problems are resolved quickly in such a calm and professional manner. He is truly a imperative asset to the working team. His knowledge of the local area is immense and recommended several unique places to visit that further enhanced our stay in Dubai. The whole team has worked seamlessly together to ensure we have a memorable holiday.
