Stayed at Grand Hyatt from 31st May until 6th June and was slightly disappointed with the staff at check in. The three members of staff discussed which one was going to deal with our booking and the job fell to Ryan who was less than welcoming. However, we were allocated a beautiful room on 16th floor which was immaculate and serviced to perfection daily. We knew there was still some work to be completed on the new water park but can honestly say it did not impact on time spent relaxing at the pool. The pool staff are superb, always there to help and offer the extra little comforts like cooling sprays and glasses cleaning to enhance your stay.
Unfortunately we had an issue with breakfast in the Collective one morning but have to commend Asmi, the restaurant manager for the way she handled our complaint. Asmi continued to make sure that there were no repeat issues for the remainder of our stay.

Our EID Al ADHA 2025 Staycation is very meaningful as we were able to relax in Grand Hyatt - the ambience, the staff, the room and food are all exceeded our expectation as usual. We will definitely come back soon! One of the best-wholesome hotel in UAE!
