Everything about this hotel was amazing, we had the most wonderful time, our first visit to Dubai and we were so glad to spent 4 nights here. We arrived in the early hours and received such a friendly and professional welcome with a cup of tea arranged for us in the lounge while we waited for our room. We were upgraded to a suite which was a really lovely touch. Our suite on 46th floor was beautiful and spotlessly clean. We dined in the hotel for breakfast, had evening meals at Mi Ame, The Agency and Mundo, all food and service was exceptional as was the delightful afternoon tea we enjoyed in the Daefi Lounge. Staff were extremely helpful and professional.

All aspects are good in terms of foods, rooms and everything were organized. All staffs are accommodated. They make sure they provide all the services a client need during the stay. I could say it's excellent one! Highly recommended. God bless everyone!

Great hotel, amazing value, great restaurants and great service.
The hotel is clean, rooms are checked twice a day.
Great location close to the financial district.
We arrived very early in the morning and the staff were very helpful and checked us in long before the normal check in time.

Brilliant service from day one (check in, to check out). Concierge was very helpful, and not only made suggestions but booked beauty treatments in the Boulevard section of the Towers as well as dinner reservations! Taxis were readily available aswell.

We picked this hotel because of its location and were so glad we did. Its proximity to everything was useful when getting around. We were right . It’s linked directly to metro station and museum of the future- via the tunnel. So this made getting around very easy and we didn’t have to walk outside in the heat.
On the opposite side of road there’s fast food outlets and supermarkets which was good for some quick lunch.
The hotel houses a beautiful swimming pool area.
The room was spacious with beautiful garden views overlooking sheikh zayed road.
The breakfast choice in hotel was extensive- and we never went hungary. All staff were very helpful and they couldn’t do enough for you.
I would definitely recommend Jumeirah Emirates Towers.
