Quintel and Sam (Valet staff) are so helpful and nice! This place has the best staff! Love staying here! The front desk staff also wonderful. Rooms are beautiful and clean.

The food at the hotel is very expensive, but we have a daily credit so we’re willing to try it. Our $40 pancake breakfast looked delicious but was totally raw. And I mean RAW. Upon cutting, batter oozed out everywhere. It was room service, so you can’t really send it back. Our hummus the next day was extremely fizzy, almost effervescent, and the prosciutto was very gamey. Needless to say I felt very sick afterwards. Took a shower which was nice, but the water temperature fluctuated a little uncontrollably. Crawled into bed feeling yucky only to find that we have a fitted sheet and then the comforter, no top sheet. In a hotel?! Just a reusable comforter?! I’m so grossed out. Pretty sure we had sheets on top and bottom of the reusable duvet the last two nights, so I’m not sure why they were removed and not replaced. They sent two flat sheets up promptly, but still ew. Also the traffic is a little noisy, but that is to be expected on a busy street in LA. The air purifier helps drown it out sufficiently. Parts of this experience feels like a “nice” hotel, but as others have said, it’s just not quite there yet. Especially for the price. All in all I would say it is not what I expected or hoped for (not really up to typical Hilton standards), but you can tell they’re trying.

This hotel was a welcoming we loved how welcoming Eddie the bartender & Jared the concierge. Both absolutely amazing we loved it here. Ask for them a they will help you guys out a lot!
