The property was lovely and the staff was absolutely incredible. Everyone was wonderful to my kids, creating off-menu options for them in the absence of a kids menu, making lemonade from scratch...just amazing! My younger kid and I ate both breakfast and dinner at the hotel, and the food on both occasions was excellent. We felt so welcome and cannot wait to return.

Thompson Hotel is special place. Incredibly accommodating and kind. A huge shout out to Aiz Mercer. I was in a jam, and in 5 minutes she solved my problem. Mateusz Gosztyla was incredibly generous. Nicholas Chan and Pierce Glover very helpful. Thank you! Will be back.

This place is Amazing, it’s my first time in California and I couldn’t have picked a better hotel to stay at! The breakfast was incredible, I was able to try something new every day. The champagne in the lobby was a surprise that I didn’t know I needed.
