Great location and insane views. Beach club is a lively vibe but that suited us. We got let down by our car hire company that we booked elsewhere and Luis looked after us whilst we waited.

My friends and I stayed at the Mondrian for 5 nights to celebrate a bachelorette party. We absolutely loved our experience and would definitely stay here again! The hotel is beautiful, the pool is stunning and offers a beautiful view of the sunset. The location is excellent, with only a 15 min walk to the beach and close to many great restaurants, cafes, clubs/nightlife in South Beach.
The lead concierge, Charlie Phynes, was especially amazing to deal with while planning our stay and during our time there! She is very responsive, helpful and really went above and beyond to help us make our stay so memorable. Thanks again and hope to see you soon!

However, the rooms could definitely be cleaner & ours wasn’t serviced every day (when it should have been). Plus the staff are not particularly friendly - not rude but certainly not welcoming or helpful…
