“Well maintained and convenient”

Great facility that is clean, quiet and easy to move around. Located right on Del Monte golf course. Best room view is on golf course side.

“Cheap mattress, smelled like wet musty towels!”

My room on the ground floor had a strong odor of old wet musty towels…. The pizza in the restaurant was the worst I had had in a long time. Most of the staff were very kind and worked hard to do their best. Because of the old construction- every little noise from rooms above or adjacent can be heard. Besides the bad smell- I would not stay here again because the mattress and linens were no where close to what you would expect from Hyatt. Think more like motel 6 mattresses with broken USB ports attached to old beds.

The view is fabulous, the buildings seem a little dated but the beds are comfy and the TV's are big. The food options could be more broad and exciting. Go drive over to the ocean/ the row and eat over there!
