We enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt Regency in Monterey. We liked: the customer service, s’mores every night, nice lobby with fire place and generous seating, bar, room service. We traveled with our 3 month old and used their crib. We didn’t utilize the pools or other outdoor activities, but would in the future. Issues in room: refrigerator barely functioning, intense water pressure in shower and unable to adjust direction of shower head on holder which caused the floor to be soaked after each use despite trying to avoid. The bed was comfortable, but seemed small for a king.

Amazing hotel. Vivian was super helpful and accommodating at the front desk. Highly recommend this hotel for families and families with pets!
We were upgraded to a pet suite. While it did smell like animal (not an issue) it’s beautifully set up. The room is nice and has a great view of part of the campus

Customer service was outstanding! Resort is more like a normal Hyatt Regency. Very nice location for relaxing. The breakfast buffett was very complete and worth your attention. Hotel lacks lunch option. Will definitely return for another relaxing vacation
