Rooms with bold graphics, repurposed materials, and modern amenities, including air conditioning, 55” flat-screen TV, KenetMD bathroom toiletries, mini fridge, hairdryer, rain shower, blackout curtains, iron and ironing board, and safe.

Standard Rooms have city views, and 2 double beds, sleping maximum 4 people.

River View rooms have either 1 king size bed or 2 double beds, sleeping maximum 4 people.

Deluxe Rooms are larger in size, with city views and 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 people.

Corner Rooms have oversized windows with river or city views, and either 1 king-size bed or 2 double beds, sleeping maximum 4 people.

River View Suites offer unobstructed river views from the private balcony, and feature a separate living area, expansive bathroom and bedroom with 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 people.

Great location close to the Mississippi. Very quirky hotel as it’s located in old factory and in keeping the rooms have an industrial aesthetic which might not be to everyone’s taste. But the bed was comfortable with good pillows. Shower was not very powerful. You can use the facilities of the Hyatt Centric next door.

Caption by Hyatt is a great location, which is close to Beale Street and several other attractions. It has a great pool with a gorgeous view of the sunset. The first floor has a room that you can play pool, and an area with a table and chairs, which can be used by the guests.

This hotel is beautiful on the outside and entrance. However, when it comes to the stay I give it a thumbs down. These rooms are exceptionally small. The beds are low and mattresses and pillows were flat. A refrigerator to keep your food cool, but no microwave to warm it up. Restaurant had a long wait time as if they had no clue guests would need to eat. Also BEWARE of making reservations with a travel agency/ third party. How will you know? I think you will need to ask because the reservation number listed on the site belongs to a travel agency. They will lie about the size and type of room you will get and then say that you had the opportunity to cancel as if you would know prior to it being too late (upon arrival ). Very unexpected for the Hyatt brand. I will avoid going forward. Read less

The hotel is very comfortable and pricey but as expected for the area - it’s very well situated to walk to everywhere you want to walk to and in a nice area. . If you want to eat outside of the hotel in the evening, look around on the Review websites and make sure you book well in advance as they get booked up at the weekend. I was shocked that they serve coffee and tea in the nice lounge and even at an expensive breakfast in the restaurant in paper cups by default !! At breajfast you can get a ceramic cup if you ask but it’s clear that this is not what anybody is expecting you to ask for even though breakfast will be around 20 to 25USD . You can sit in the lounge or at the bar with a lovely glass for your cocktail or beer but you cannot have a cup of tea or coffee in the café area in a ceramic cup Coffee and tea really don’t taste as nice in paper cups- I felt like I was in a fast food joint. There is no conscience or consideration about the environmental impact of generating all of this rubbish. If I wanted a coffee on the go, I would go to a cheap café or I’d ask for a paper cup to take with me if I didn’t have a keep cup Read less

The Caption does not really exist.. it is a converted warehouse (cool) next to the Centric... you check I'm at the centric and access your hotel from the centric. The Caption does not really exist.. it is a converted warehouse (cool) next to the Centric... you check I'm at the centric and access your hotel from the centric. Both buildings look cool, but that is where it ends..most of the staff do not care. The facilities don't exist. The caption has a great bar area with a pool table and guitar... but the bar is abandoned.. not operational any more. There is no where to eat, you have to use the centric. When we arrived, there were cars parked everywhere, in a mess..there were 2 valets trying to deal with 6 guys work. Check in welcome was colder than day old sick. When we returned at 9.15pm, we were told the bar was closed! They relented and served us 1 drink! The restaurant and rooftop were also closed. The swimming pool has 6 loungers for 500 people. We tried to eat breakfast but gave up after 35 minutes of not being served.. It is a shame as both buildings are nice, just badly staffed with poor customer service. The young lady bar tender in beck and call was very good. Oh, it ain't on Beale Street either, about 5 min walk away. Plenty of other places will take your money and look after you. Read less
