Standard Rooms have city views, and 2 double beds, sleping maximum 4 people.

River View rooms have either 1 king size bed or 2 double beds, sleeping maximum 4 people.

Deluxe Rooms are larger in size, with city views and 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 people.

Corner Rooms have oversized windows with river or city views, and either 1 king-size bed or 2 double beds, sleeping maximum 4 people.

River View Suites offer unobstructed river views from the private balcony, and feature a separate living area, expansive bathroom and bedroom with 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 people.

There wasn't one thing terrible about the stay here just a lot of small things that made the stay bad. Firstly this isnt really a separate hotel all of the facilities in the caption are closed (bar, restaurant, check in etc.) and you have to use those in the neighbouring Hyatt Centric. There wasn't one thing terrible about the stay here just a lot of small things that made the stay bad. Firstly this isnt really a separate hotel all of the facilities in the caption are closed (bar, restaurant, check in etc.) and you have to use those in the neighbouring Hyatt Centric. That would be ok exceptmost of the staff their aren't friendly with a less than warm welcome on arrival and then at breakfast the hostess will ignore you for a bit just because she can even when not doing anything else before taking you to a table. While the rooms have an astetic that suits the building the design of the two bed rooms isn't good with the safe, luggage storage and hangers positioned so that access is difficult, for example can't open the safe if you have luggage on the rack. There is a coffee machine in the room but we stayed 5 nights and as housekeeping only came in once the pods didn't get restocked so we couldn't use it most days. There are some positive points the unused bar area and reception area looks good and can be used to relax in, the pool area in the Centric you can use is nice but there isn't enough seating especially on some days when an area of seating was reserved for a private event. The location is really good a few minute walk to the river front and beale street. Overall it feels more like a budget hotel with a higher price than it's worth and if I had paid budget hotel prices then I would have given it a better review but the price gives you expectations of a standard of service you don't get. I haven't stayed at a Hyatt branded hotel for a few years and usually stay at one of the other major chains this will make me think twice before staying at one again. Read less

I don’t understand how anyone can rate this hotel anything over 2, feel like a poor relative and sleep next door to the Hyatt in cheap rooms but pay Hyatt prices, pay $33 a day for valet parking or walk 20 yards and park for $12 a day but they don’t tell you that, drink from paper cups, eat with plastic spoon, 6 drinks in the room with 2 packets… Read more
I don’t understand how anyone can rate this hotel anything over 2, feel like a poor relative and sleep next door to the Hyatt in cheap rooms but pay Hyatt prices, pay $33 a day for valet parking or walk 20 yards and park for $12 a day but they don’t tell you that, drink from paper cups, eat with plastic spoon, 6 drinks in the room with 2 packets of creamer, just annoyingly pointless, more than 5 people for breakfast and they can’t cope, either very good barmaids run off their feet selling drinks, ordering food and waitressing food while 3 people with clipboards mince about doing nothing, it’s just awful, nothing local to do and very little in restaurants to walk to, management need a shake up and employ some proper staff Read less

Great location close to the Mississippi. Very quirky hotel as it’s located in old factory and in keeping the rooms have an industrial aesthetic which might not be to everyone’s taste. But the bed was comfortable with good pillows. Shower was not very powerful. You can use the facilities of the Hyatt Centric next door.

Caption by Hyatt is a great location, which is close to Beale Street and several other attractions. It has a great pool with a gorgeous view of the sunset. The first floor has a room that you can play pool, and an area with a table and chairs, which can be used by the guests.

This hotel is beautiful on the outside and entrance. However, when it comes to the stay I give it a thumbs down. These rooms are exceptionally small. The beds are low and mattresses and pillows were flat. A refrigerator to keep your food cool, but no microwave to warm it up. Restaurant had a long wait time as if they had no clue guests would need to eat. Also BEWARE of making reservations with a travel agency/ third party. How will you know? I think you will need to ask because the reservation number listed on the site belongs to a travel agency. They will lie about the size and type of room you will get and then say that you had the opportunity to cancel as if you would know prior to it being too late (upon arrival ). Very unexpected for the Hyatt brand. I will avoid going forward. Read less
