You get what you pay for! Let me start by saying that, yes, the hotel and its restaurants are very pricey BUT they are all exquisite. Four Seasons quality all the way around for sure. Hotel is a decent size and all areas are very clean. The room was spacious, clean, and updated. Even with a partial ocean view, the balcony was amazing. Staff is…

Staff is super friendly and attentive to your every need. Pools are a good size and do not get overcrowded. Adults only pool is great. The beach front was great and lounge chairs were easy to find every day. Can’t say the same about neighboring resorts! The fitness center is phenomenal! Plenty of equipment and kids can play basketball and tennis. Great views everywhere! Restaurants are all high quality too. Location is perfect, secluded yet walking distance to nearby restaurants shopping area. Morning cafe is a huge plus. Best of all, nothing gets too crowded. Peaceful at night to just sit, relax and listen to the ocean.

I stayed here for a couple of days in May 2025 for vacation. The service and staff is outstanding, as are the rooms. The beach is also great although I personally preferred the public area at the other end of the bay to the hotel beach which was a bit crowded. For my liking the pool area is too cramped... We also had a blast discovering the new speakeasy — such a fun and creative way to get in! All of the staff were upbeat and engaging, even offering sunglasses by the pool, which was such a nice touch.
Noe’s Restaurant is another highlight and an absolute must-try! The Noe’s Signature Tagliatelle Pasta was phenomenal and definitely a standout meal during our visit.
Unfortunately, the only downside of our stay was an issue with the spa. We had booked a massage for two people a month in advance as part of our girls’ getaway. However, at 8 AM on the day of our 9 AM appointment, we received a call stating that one of the therapists had called out. While we completely understand that emergencies happen, we were disappointed that no real effort was made to accommodate us together at another time or even day. The only alternative offered was a single therapist available at 3 PM, which meant we couldn’t enjoy the experience as planned.
As we discussed our options and ultimately decided to cancel, the receptionist's response was, “Okay, perfect,” which felt dismissive and as though our inconvenience was a burden. Being locals, we were especially disappointed in the lack of hospitality and flexibility shown by the spa team.
While the rest of the resort delivered amazing service, the spa experience unfortunately fell short.
