We stopped in with a day pass from Resort Pass and had a blast! It was the perfect stop before heading to the airport. John made great drinks and the pool was gorgeous! Would do it again!

Hotel La Croix was a great value for my daughter and me. Our rate included valet parking which made it so convenient. Location is just a block or so off the main drag of Waikiki and a short walk to everything. All staff at the hotel was helpful and accommodating. They even had a Congratulations! message on the bed when we arrived since we were celebrating my daughter's college graduation. Housekeeping did a great job making sure our room was neat clean each day. That was nice since we were out exploring the island all day. We had a city view with a little balcony and it was great. We had some noisy neighbors the last night or two but front desk addressed it after we voiced our concern around 11:00pm. They have coffee in the lobby each morning and water bottle fillers as well. Our room had a cute little fridge as well but we really didn't use that. We would definitely stay here again! Read less

This wouldn’t be that odd, except I forgot about the international date line when booking my hotel. At first the front desk couldn’t find my reservations and when we realize my mistake. They calmed me down and were able to get me a room for an extra night at the same rate. The hotel was trendy and clean, with a really cute pool and lounge area. The manager on duty, a handsome man with shoulder length black and the cute woman front desk worker were lovely and so helpful. I also enjoyed the vibe of the pool bartender working on Saturday. The hotel location is a 10 min walk to the beach and the luxury shopping strip in Waikiki. I will certainly stay there again. Read less

Very disappointed, we arrived all excited to finally be in Hawaii for our honeymoon, la croix was our first introduction to Hawaii, the guy on reception was very dismissive, told us our room wasn't ready and proceeded to take a call and ignore us. Fortunately a lovely young man explained we could use the pool and change in the rest room and store our cases. The restroom was filthy! The pool was nothing like the photos, it infinitely pool was only 10 metres square, the look out class was filthy. When we finally got into our silver room, although it was large it felt like a cell with windows, we must have had the only room that didn't have a balcony. I think the rooms were cleaned each day? Although it was hard to tell as the dirty towels where rolled back up and the bed wasn't made. All in all we were very disappointed. However there were some of the staff that were very helpful and pleasant. Read less
