Combine the space and home comforts of an apartment with the service and amenities of a luxury resort - and here you have the Ritz-Carlton Residences Waikiki Beach. Perfect for groups, families, and particularly if you're looking to stay in Waikiki for a long holiday - these modern, stylish apartments all have kitchen facilities, plenty of room to relax, and most importantly (in our eyes) - stunning views of the ocean. What better way to chill than to sit on the balcony with a chilled drink, a good book and the waves rippling in front of you. When you do drag yourself away from these views, you can relax by the highest infinity pool in Waikiki or enjoy a tranquil respite in the spa. When it comes to food, Sushi Sto is top-notch, so be sure to make a reservation - or alternatively, pick up one of their bento boxes to enjoy by the pool, in your room, or perhaps to take to the beach, which is just a short stroll away. Whatever it is you need from this property, you can be sure the staff will arrange it.

It’s a few blocks from the water, but every suite has views which are wonderful… Right on the main street with great restaurants and shopping all in walking distance. Definitely has a different vibe than the other hotels that are on the sand, if you’re looking for action and energy that might be a better option, but if you’re looking for a world class service and relaxation, this one is tough to beat.
Lots of options if you have a family so you have space, restaurant downstairs was fine and the service is unmatched. Was offered to pay for an upgrade when I checked in which hasn’t happened in 20 years of extensive travel so not sure on that one but overall a great experience.

Great stay. Highly recommend

Extremely comfortable and great facilities. Grocery store on the ground floor with great selection of food and wine. We stayed on the 24th floor and the view is great and the appliances in the suite were of great quality. Would return in a heartbeat.
Not a Ritz experience

At check-in, our room smelled of smoke. This is a non-smoking hotel, and housekeeping should have picked it up. Also, the dryer was broken and had to be replaced. Service is very slow and there are not enough chairs by the pool. There is no shade in the afternoon unless you pay $500 for a daily cabana. No upgrades or breakfast for titanium…

We were blown away by the service and accommodations at the Ritz-Carlton Residences, Waikiki. In a bustling city, this was truly a peaceful oasis. The warm hospitality began even before we arrived, with Jordan providing terrific suggestions for activities and restaurants. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. Our room was modern and the overall room layout was very comfortable. The sunset view from the balcony is spectacular. And the location is perfect - easy access to everything and yet set apart from everything too. We loved the pool and went swimming every night after dinner, it was never “a scene” / too crowded. The spa was top notch and even sent me home with a wonderful bag of spa goodies. I can’t wait to return!

Very modern and luxurious hotel in downtown Honolulu. We book booked a one bedroom corner suite. This was nice room as it had many more windows with lots of light. We liked the hardwood floors and the full kitchen. The washer and dryer also was a nice feature. The air conditioner worked great. We also enjoyed the sunset ocean views. Just know that you are in the heart of a busy city with all the city sounds. Only a five minute walk to the beach. Also we enjoyed the Tommy Bahama restaurant which is very close to the hotel. Also, please enjoy a nice walk along the Ala Moana canal which is behind the hotel. We walked to Diamond Head. Long walk but very doable.
