An Unforgettable Stay – A True Gem of Hospitality! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My family and I just spent 12 days at this amazing hotel! First of all, it’s in the best location. The heart of Waikiki. Steps away from the beach, shops and restaurants. The hotel’s amenities were just as impressive: a sparkling pool and a fitness center that with state of the art equipment that rivals any gym. The live music every evening was a real treat! The hotel is very family friendly with tons of activities My daughter and I made flower leis, and really enjoyed the game room with ping pong, shuffle board, pool and fuse ball. However, what truly elevated my experience, however, was the exceptional service. The staff didn’t just meet expectations; they consistently went above and beyond to ensure my stay was flawless. A special thank you to Madelyn in housekeeping. She is my quiet hero—my room was immaculate every day, with thoughtful touches that made a big difference. Returning to a spotless room with perfectly arranged amenities felt like A heartfelt thank you to the morning Splash Bar staff for their kindness and excellent service each day. Rocky, Richard, and Eric….your warmth, welcoming attitude, and attentive care truly made the start of every day feel special. You made us feel right at home, and your exceptional hospitality did not go unnoticed. In short, this wasn’t just a stay—it was an experience. Whether you’re visiting for business or pleasure, this hotel sets the standard for excellence. I’m already planning my next visit! Read less

We had a great stay at the Sheraton Princess Kaiulani. Our house keeper Lorna was amazing, super friendly, room was always spotless and even sent balloons to our room for my daughter to congratulate her on winning her cheerleading competition

I recently had a seven night stay late April early May. I requested an ocean view room and this delivered! I was in a recently renovated room in the Ainahau Tower. Located on Kaiulani Ave steps away from shopping, restaurants and Waikiki Beach without the price of Moana Surfrider or the Royal Hawaiian. The hotel hosts the Splash Bar and a good sized pool. It also invites guests to join the daily activities. Everyone had a friendly smile and Aloha for me. The bag storage was appreciated with the late check-in. The Ainahau Tower was undergoing lift upgrades and sometimes it took a bit longer than expected to get to the lobby from my floor, but it didn't spoil anything. Definately check it out! Read less
