The location of this hotel is great. The lobby very nice and cool beach enviorment. The room however is small and the bathroom even smaller. Also, the check-in process at the lobby is slow and confusing!

We knew this hotel wasn’t as prestigious as the Sheraton Beach Resort nearby, but how this can be called a Sheraton is a stretch. Staff are not particularly good across all areas, bathrooms look like public housing they are so old. Breakfast is incredibly slow to seat and alacarte which is not helpful to get to the airport. Location is ok, bed was ok. Aircon was ok. Pool is dated. Ok for an over night for airport stop, but I would be disappointed if this was a resort week for me. Pay a bit more and go to another.

I stayed here for work and had some downtime at the hotel. The included resort options we not available once I looked on the calendar like yoga. The one bag per room is a bit small, two bags would have been better but it's a cool design. The bonvoy breakfast was adequate and the reduced cost upgrade breakfast options like the pancakes were delicious. Their poke bowl for lunch or dinner is solid also...just wish there was indoor air-conditioned seating offered on super muggy days. Beds were good, bathroom was still very dated and had some rust. I stayed in the remodeled wing so I don't know if it was going to get more attention later. Staff were nice, parking was easy but expensive and I know that's just HI.
