1,502 Chambers and Suites spread across three towers; Opal, Canyon, and Ruby. All have ergonomically-designed Virgin Hotels lounge beds, 55” Samsung TVs, pre-stocked mini bar*, spacious dressing room with large makeup vanity and lighted makeup mirror, bath amenities, hairdryer, and iron and ironing board.

Chambers in the Opal and Canyon towers start at 460 sq ft and feature one king bed or two queen beds. Chambers in the luxurious Ruby Tower start at 700 sq ft and provide guests with their own arrival experience and exclusive registration area.

Standard Chambers with one king bed will accommodate 2 adults; Standard Chambers with two queen beds will accommodate a maximum of 4 adults.

“Great 5 night stay.”

I enjoyed my five night stay at this off-strip casino resort. This was my first time at the hotel since it was the Hard Rock. The room rate I got was much cheaper than comparable hotels on the strip, which was just a short Uber ride away. It wasn't noisy and the atmosphere was relaxed for a casino. The rooms were large enough for the price and were kept clean by the housekeeping staff. All the employees were top notch. There were several restaurants downstairs which covered a wide variety of food options. I was disappointed that the pool was closed for the season, but the highs were in the low 60's, so that was expected. All in all, I had a great time here.

“Do NOT do the Spa - over priced”

Horrible spa and overall hotel not very nice (clean, lots of in process stuff around the hotel, etc). Spa charges (“for your convenience”) a ridiculous service charge - I guess if it was warranted by amenities maybe … but they are not. Rotten bananas in lounge, sub par customer service. Don’t waste your money many better options in Las Vegas.

“Avoid Dangerous Area”

Checked in at 3pm at the front desk. This hotel is very focused on incidental holds which is $100 so if you’re staying 5 nights they will authorise $500 on your credit or debit card plus the cost of the stay. The refund also can take 30 plus days to be applied to your card. The room was ok and on this occasion everything in the room worked which was not the case on my last stay at the property but I only returned to the due to the very low room rate. The location is very dangerous and even the CVS locks up all the items and that includes even a bottle of water or pint of milk. I discussed this with the manager at CVS who warned me to be careful as the area was not safe. Next to the hotel is a tunnel which is full of homeless people which I do feel sorry for but if you walk past on the sidewalk they are very aggressive, threatening and dangerous. Due to the Formula One Grand Prix there was no public transportation and Uber was very expensive due to the fact that they had to go a long way around to get to the hotel. The hotel didn’t warn anyone about this and unless you’re fit enough and are prepared to walk in a dangerous area is going to cost you a fortune to get to the Vegas Strip. The staff I found were very unhelpful and had a couldn’t care less attitude bordering on rude. They will promise one thing and not do anything they agreed to do. I checked out of this hotel after 2 days and was promised a refund of 3 nights because I checked out early at 10:30am but the management changed there mind and refused to refund anything even though they could rent out the room to another guest. I would never stay at this hotel again and not because of the rooms as they are nice but due to the location and especially the dangerous area. In my opinion you’re putting your life at risk staying in this area. The hotel has no idea about hospitality. The Virgin name is being used but this hotel has nothing to do with Richard Branson or the Virgin Group.
