“Credit hold outlasts your stay by 7 or more days!”

The credit card hold that outlasts the settlement of the bill by 7-10 days is ridiculous. It chews up your credit limit and makes it very hard to continue your trip because even though your bill has been paid, Caesars leaves the credit hold on for as long as week or more. So when you go to the next place on your trip, Caesar’s keeps that hold on as long as they choose. Terrible policy. Once pay the bill, the credit hold needs to drop off in a day or two at most.

Room isn’t properly cleaned but the girl from front desk Tonia is an angel. Talk sweet, sounds sweet and look sweet. Made my check in experience smooth and delightful. A wonderful start! Tho the room sanity and other services disappointed me but Tonia and their manager Joe gave me confidence back to their service quality. Really appreciate their help!

I had a good stay. I was there working and not a huge fan of casinos. That said Seifers and Raphael really helped me out on a room change to ensure my stay was as pleasant as possible. They went above and beyond. Thank you!
