This Las Vegas legend hasn’t outlasted many of its neighbours by accident. Look beyond its decadent glory-of-Rome exterior and you’ll find supremely well-appointed, contemporary rooms and suites without a whiff of white marble overkill. There are few Vegas resorts that can hold a Roman candle to Caesar’s casino and gaming options, while foodies could happily spend days ticking off the relaxed and upscale eateries on offer. Likewise, if retail therapy is on your mind, the resort’s Forum Shops is an opulent mall that’s been dubbed ‘The Shopping Wonder of the World’. And did we mention that Caesar’s Palace continues to host the grandest of grand Vegas performers such as Adele at its 4,000 plus seater Colosseum stadium?

Stay had its ups and downs. Facility is huge and pricey. Staff are friendly. Too many hidden charges (resort fee, for example or $22.99 for Keurig coffee pods -- none provided for free).

Kiana did an amazing job making sure I had an easy time checking in and getting settled into my room. She made sure I was heard when requesting an upgrade to be closer to family, and I will forever be grateful.

The pillows are the fluffiest I’ve ever felt—but what truly made this stay unforgettable was the exceptional service from Kiana. From the moment we checked in, she was kind, attentive, and incredibly accommodating. I could tell she was an active listener, but I didn’t realize just how closely she was paying attention until we were wrapping up check-in —she remembered every detail I’d mentioned in passing and made thoughtful suggestions based on them. Her hospitality made our family trip feel extra special. Caesars Palace is already iconic, but it’s people like Kiana who elevate the experience to another level. Read less
