The hotel

The room (double beds) had a view of the pools and it was amazing. But, there are small amenities that you expect a 5 star hotel like Ceasers to provide such as a couple of pods for coffee, maybe some free bottles of water, a note book and pen to write down a note etc.- there was nothing and anything that came with the room was for a hefty charge.… Read more

They even ran out of shampoo which had to be requested. I paid $90 on a Sunday-Monday, imagine if I paid > $400 for the same rooms, I would be beyond irate! Read less

This hotel charges for everything and does not effectively notify you when you pay for early check in. Make sure you check your bill because that will double charge you as well!

Great experience. I’ve stayed in several of the strip’s properties and this is always a premium experience. Ryan at the front desk was particularly helpful checking me in and getting me situated after a trying trip in! Thanks!
