Like obviously many other hotel guests before I had rather mixed experiences while staying at the Crockfords Resort. The resort itself is actually very nice, but the resort got also an achilles heel, which is housekeeping! The first morning the lady of housekeeping would show up at 7:20 AM in the morning. After that first unpleasant encounter housekeeping wouldn't show up anymore for the rest of the day! Also the second day I waited for housekeeping till the late afternoon in vain. That's why I consulted front desk already for the second time to leave a complaint. The young lady working at front desk suggested to arrange a specific time for housekeeping to clean my room from this day forward on and we agreed upon 11 AM. But, even next morning at the agreed 11 AM and also 3 hours later I waited again for housekeeping in vain. This time I even talked to the front desk manager Erik and told him the unacceptable situation. Erik apologised once more and promised not only an improvement, but also to take off one days resort fee from my final hotel bill. But, guess what, Erik's promise to waive the resort fee didn't work out either! Therefore, especially for the broken promise I grant only two stars this time! Read less

This hotel/resort receives five+ stars for rest and quietness! Here is the good, bad and ugly. Our May stay was our 12th time at this property and sleeping over 40 room nights during these 12 stays. So, we obviously really like this property. Upon arrival, you will enter a private, gated reception area. The Crockfords is the middle property with Conrad on one side and Hilton on the other side. As soon as you arrive you are created by men and women who are more than willing to help with your vehicle and luggage. They have always exceeded any type of friendliness and helpfulness. They make a great first impression. The arrival lobby area is beautiful in everyway. It is inviting, warm, quiet and comfortable. The reception desk is on your left. In our early stays, it seemed to matter that we were a Diamond rewards member. The last couple of stays, it has not even been mentioned. Although those who work at the reception/check-in counter are always professional, they lack in friendliness... which is hard to explain since they work in such a magnificent environment. We always try to stay in Crockfords West. What is this? There are separate elevators that must be taken in order to get to your room and although it is a pretty good walk from the lobby, the privacy and quickness of the elevators are fabulous. This time we stayed on the 64th floor for five nights and we faced the Strip and even had the last room on the hallway. It was quiet! Upon arrival, we had our luggage unloaded on a cart. We were given our luggage ticket to give to the receptionist. Parking is "free" at the Crockfords as it is 100% valet. After receiving our room keys, we went to our room and it was less than five minutes later that our luggage arrived. The room (as always) was magnificent! We had a one bedroom suite. This included a living room/kitchenette area plus a bedroom with a king bed. We also had 1 and 1/2 baths in our room. The room had a separate shower and bathtub area. The decor was on-point. We could see the airport in the distance, as well as the Palazzo/Wynn/Venetian/Fashion Show Mall/etc. The bed was extremely comfortable. WIFI worked perfectly. We had a separate refrigerator from the one that had drinks-fo- purchase. The TV had many choices. The room had a Theragun which was appreciated. The water pressure was not particularly strong... but then again, we were on the 64th floor. The towels were excellent. There were amenities galore (bathtub, shaving, dental kits, etc.). Housekeeping was superb. They went above and beyond each day when they refreshed our room. It was very easy and much deserved to leave a tip for our housekeeper as she did a marvelous job! The room was exceptionally quiet at night. We could hear little noise, except when a helicopter flew by. Sleep was excellent. I am not sure why the hotel gives such little water bottles, but you will get two tiny water bottles in your room. If you are staying for a couple of days, you can buy a case of water bottles across the street at Walgreens. It is puzzling why this Resort Hotel would give away so many bathroom amenities but scrimp on water bottles? Breakfast was included with the cost of our room, so we ate at Junior's or Sun's Out Buns Out. Fabiola at Junior's is a delight. Request to have her as your server at Junior's. The menu is not extensive for breakfast. Our food always came hot and did not take too long. Sun's Out Buns Out is a super streamlined menu and your food is prepared at the time of order. We loved the bacon, egg, cheese sandwich! Randy's Donuts is in the same area as Sun's Out Buns Out and they have about 16 different choices for donuts to specialty donuts. Carversteak was a wonderful meal and our reservation was honored with an immediate seating upon arrival. The Starbucks is open 24 hours and we used it several times. I saved my points/stars throughout the year so that I could use them at this Starbucks since the drinks are 30-40% higher than in our city. Mulberry Street Pizzeria tasted good but was super expensive. We enjoyed acai bowls at Sweet Eats in the Famous Foods section. The ordering system for the rest of the Famous Foods section is cumbersome and just not worth it. There must be a better system and so I can perfectly understand why half of the restaurants are closed (EVERY time we stay at this hotel) and why the ones that are open, have little to no business. If I were rating just the food, I would give World Resorts a one-star; however, Crockfords is a five-star hotel/resort. My wife loved the private pool area reserved for Crockfords guests. The pool attendants were excellent and attentive to whatever my wife needed. She highly recommends the pool area. While Crockfords is on Las Vegas Blvd, this hotel is far from the main action of The Strip. It is a good walk just to get to Fashion Show Mall and then you have to cross a major street to get to either TI or Palazzo. As stated earlier, this hotel is a quiet place and is technically off The Strip when compared to the action of The Strip. I will always love this place as this hotel allows me to take my bike to my room. I do much bike training and riding from this hotel to Red Rock Canyon. This hotel has always accommodated my biking gear and I'm grateful to them for it... 5 stars!! Read less

This is a really tough review… so much potential and missed opportunity. I would highly recommend this hotel if you want a more low key or classy Vegas trip and you don’t like tons of people. We have stayed at auberge, four seasons, montage, ritz, etc. this review is based on being a top luxury hotel. Pros- Lobby- it’s more gorgeous in person. It is so calming, and it’s almost always empty. They need a scent in it, but it’s very nice. Housekeeping - some of the best housekeeping I have ever witnessed. They were always prompt, on time, and they organized our room. They were so amazing. Turndown was amazing, and we hardly even saw them. They rival the best I’ve seen. Pool availability - the crockfords specific pool always had chairs, so we never felt as though we had to rush to get one. Bed and room - the bed was very comfortable. The room was an oversized basic room, but the attention to detail gave you all you needed. It was very classy. Negatives: Service- honestly… I’m surprised here. Service was awful, and pretty consistently awful. When we arrived we asked if they had a room upgrade available, because we have the status to get one if available. The woman gave us the weirdest explanation ever, which we translated to they don’t do that at this Hilton. It took about 30 minutes to get our bags to our room, and it was 11pm and totally dead on a Monday. We called for waters, and they said they could direct us to room service to pay $14 for a Fiji. I’ve never seen a luxury resort not bring water to guests. They gave us 2 tiny water bottles, but that was it. We were missing a hair dryer, and it took an hour to get it delivered. I had my credit card info stolen, and without even knowing it they cut off my ability to charge to the room. No phone call or anything. I felt stupid having to leave to go to my room to get a credit card to pay. Talk about embarrassing. We had called an Uber to take us to the airport with 4 bags. The front desk told us they don’t offer Uber or Lyft to the crockfords, and if we wanted to utilize that we would need to go next door to the lower level resort that does Uber. I asked the bellman for help with bags, and was told no. So my wife and I were forced to haul all our bags across to a separate lobby to get a car. Awful. Pool scheme- the red is ugly. All the guests we talked to agreed. Instead of a luxury pool it looks like a circus. Upgrade the cabanas and drop the red. Pool service- generally it was pretty good with two girls dedicated to just crockfords. Outside of 1 minor issue we had pretty readily available pool service. Restaurants/nightlife - everything is pretty dead in this resort. I think it’s mostly conventions and company events that were here. The club, zouk, brought in a little younger crowd, but it’s so far away. The restaurants and lounges are moderately busy from 6-9 and then it’s crickets. Which is great, but weird when you go to a lounge that seats 100 and there are 4 others there. Location - it’s beyond Wynn and encore. It’s further away from most things. We spent almost every night but one venturing out, because we didn’t enjoy resorts world options. It was not a cheap transportation trip. Overall if you stay at resorts world I think the value is high enough to choose crockfords over the other two in resorts world, but I would consider the Waldorf over crockfords if you are looking for a Hilton. I felt as though the service was terrible, and almost had a lazy/arrogant attitude. It sucks that management hasn’t worked out these quirks as this resort could be really good with some basic tweaks. My Wife and me stayed 10 Nights in Crockfords Las Vegas which is located in the Resorts World Hotel & Casino. This was our best Check in we’ve ever had. We booked at the Consierge a Transportation from Durango Hotel (that was our first Hotel during the Vacation) to Crockfords. The Driver picked up us and the ride in the Rivian was very pleasant. The Crockfords has a private Entrance with a locked sliding Door. That gave us also a Feeling of more Luxury. The Check in was the next Highlight. The Staff at the Registration was very friendly and our Suite at Crockforts West was ready. We got a Gift, it was a Golden Key with a Red Logo from the Hotel and the Employee Gerald brought us to the Elevators and wished again a pleasant Stay here. Our Suite which is located at Crockfords West was in the 64th Floor with a incredible Stripview. Our Stay at the Hotel was aswell one of our best Experience. I can’t understand the partially bad Reviews, the Hotel has at Google just 4,2 from 5 Star Reviews. The Housekeeping and Turndown Service made every Day and Night a super Job, the Hotel offer a daily light Breakfast (Fruits, Avocadobread, Granola, small Cakes and Coffee). No waiting in a long Line at Starbucks. We also loved the Location from the Resorts World. We choosed daily the District Entrance out from the Casino, so a nice quiet Atmosphere, you can hear the Music from the Speakers. No Questions, the Heart from the Strip is awesome but we always looked forward to come back to our Hotel. On our Check out Day was also everything perfect. The Bellman picked up our Luggage and brought it to the Lobby. Outside the Lobby was waiting our Driver for the Transportation (Ford SUV) to the Airport. He was super friendly, opend us the Backdoors and Inside were also two Bottles of Water. We are really looking forward to come back again in 2026. Read less
