Amazing how reviews differ. We stayed 6nts in Valley Tower/ Attraction view 28th floor a few rooms away from elevators with beautiful site of the SPHERE. Still love Harrahs location. Enjoyed the Food court from Pinup pizza, Bobby burgers n loved Chicken Guy. Yes, pricey but convenient. ALL went well for us from working elevators, mini fridge, bath supplies and maintenance came quickly first day to fix vanity sink that wasn't draining well.. Front desk was friendly whenever I had a question. Yes,Extra resort fees, the taxes etc add up but other casinos like mgm do the same. Uber was fast n didnt have to walk a mile to get it.. I even payed early check in 12:30 for $60 n late ck out 3pm for $30. My choice my convenience and for me worth it. Totally enjoyed my trip and had no complaints. Just go enjoy a trip and expect Vegas hidden fees everywhere. Read less

Room had no fridge, ice bucket, or cups. No door for the shower so water just goes wherever it wants to and floods the bathroom. 6 elevators serviced our floors, maybe 3 were functional. Positives are the room had a nice view of the sphere and the location is pretty central in the strip to get to wherever you may want to go.

We have stayed at Harrahs since the 90's until say 2005 and it was a great place. Got checked into the room and find snacks like red bull @ $11 a small can and a small box of M&Ms to be $15. Crazy! Then hotel parking at $35 a day for your stay and if you go out from the hotel it is another $35 charge. Long story short, in the past I stayed at Harrahs at least 20 times or more and it was a great place but no longer. Never again, not one $. Read less

I attended a conference with 5,000 business and student professionals. I truly appreciated and enjoyed my time but the hotel has some major remolding to do and the service was not pleasant. Our room had stained carpets and some of our conference members even pointed out that they are very outdated. We only had one roll of toilet paper in our room for our 3 night stay. The towels were old and worn down, as if they havent been changed for two years. The pool floor was heavily stained and the presentation was not welcoming. We went to another hotel to swim..I actually paid $50 to access a different pool. Again, same feedback from the pool towels, worn out and discolored. The 52 floor garbage near the elevators had dirty diapers and at 9AM, that garbage should have been collected...it looked very trashy. I have no intentions of staying at the Harras in LV, ever!
