The hotel

You're sure to find everything you need here for a classic Vegas trip - from shops to restaurants, and plenty of bars and shows. There’s the casino too of course, with its traditional reels, video poker, slots machines and roulette tables but, if Lady Luck and you have been flirting too much, head on over to the oversized poolside — it’s rocking. And yes, we do mean literally, with DJ music, private cabanas and plenty of shaded areas thanks to the palm trees! Being in the centre of the strip is great for enjoying all that Vegas has to offer, and it's also great when it comes to hotel room views too - choose between High Roller views, looking out on the South of the Strip, or our personal favourite, the fountain view. Jeff R was great. Help facilitate check in, was very informative and helpful as well as friendly. The room left something to be desired. No microwave or coffee maker, bedding was subpar. Overall though, worth the stay. Proximity to a lot of fun stuff.

I was slightly disappointed with hours of pool. Really wish there was a coffee maker in my room. The room was nice the pillows were too soft the bed was hard. Jeff R was very helpful with checking me in and was very helpful with all questions I asked.

First time in Vegas. Lan, working at the front desk gave me some of the best customer service I have received in a long time! What a rockstar! Excited for the rest of my stay.

Took a solo trip and for the most part felt safe inside the casino, but I don't like that there are no safety precautions to go up the elevators - we should need to use our room key to select a floor or to get into the elevator hallway. The $50 resort fee is too much for the "amenities"
