“Overpriced food, and outrageous resort fees”

The room and facilities were very nice, however, the food was terribly overpriced. In addition, the $55 per day. Resort fee is outrageous. I was also charged $64 for minibar charges which I did not partake in. Based on the above, I will not be returning.

We had a small hiccup at the start of our stay, but otherwise it was great. We did online check-in with a King reservation and the system apparently "upgraded" us without asking to a higher floor but with two Queens. That meant we had to go get in the line we were being pitched to avoid, but they fixed the room for us after asking if we were sure we wanted to give up the better view. Room was comfortable and we did not have any strip noise issues. Shower was great with a wand and a big raincloud head. We love the RW property and we always want to hit Wally's when we are here. Will be back again.

Everything was excellent! The customer service that was provided from check in through check out was great! I order a package to decorate the room and they made my vision come true. I will be returning very soon! Rooms were very clean! Location to everything was just walking distance. Again thank you so for making an amazing memorable trip to celebrate my anniversary.
