Without a doubt, the worst hotel experience of my life (and I’ve been to several countries where I shared the tiniest room imaginable with roommates that hadn’t showered in a week!). Without a doubt, the worst hotel experience of my life (and I’ve been to several countries where I shared the tiniest room imaginable with roommates that hadn’t showered in a week!). The wait times to check-in are insane. Literally, HOURS. There’s not enough staff to accommodate the guests and the staff that’s there are haggard and worn out and in no way helpful. They sent us to an occupied room a couple of times- (sorry to whomever was in the shower, I didn’t see your bits and tackle.) I had to pull a 3/4 Karen just to get an unoccupied room. (You never go full Karen.) THEN, they have this house arrest system on their in-room snacks and drinks. They’re like ankle monitored or something; if they’re away from their base for 30 seconds, you’re charged $$$. I guess the Mini champagne was running off or something… Then there’s the room, itself. Dirty. Hair that’s wasn’t mine (I’m not a brunette) or my husband’s (he’s balding). Dusty. I ended up cleaning some stuff, myself. Let’s complain some more….. Food. There’s like 3 open restaurants and they’re all Asian. And, in those Asian restaurants, there’s like 3 choices. I love Asian food but I’d like to choose something every once in a while, too. And don’t get me started on the hyper-aggressive sales people who stand outside their shops. I started going around “the long way” just to not feel forced to buy an ice cream shaped loofah. In all, stay away from here. It’s a scary place. Read less

Check in takes over 1/2 an hour even if there is no line. No toiletries in the restroom. It neither feels like a Hilton nor resort. Just a regular hotel with a long walk from the strip.
Image of the Tripadvisor rating Disappointed in how they have kept my reservation deposits when I cancelled long before the deadline for cancellations.

I am so disappointed with Hilton at Resorts World ,the stay was ok and I got my MyWay benefits ,ok even though there was very few establishments that accepted it and ended up using at the RW Store where at $6 for Coke ,so it didn’t go far! The room was adequate, water pressure wasn’t great in the shower though. But the thing that disappointed me most is my plans changed and I had to cancel before the deadline, well the deposits that were charged on my credit card that should have been returned have still not been returned weeks later and I have emailed them many times with no response. So it looks like I will have to raise charge backs with my providers which is a timely matter and so sad such a big organisation like Genting allows this to be a necessary action that I need to take. So sadly I would be very wary making a booking with Resorts World Las Vegas and find the way they do business is just very unprofessional which is surprising with such a high profile business like Genting but they did tell me during my stay that they were not really Hilton hotels and they run the hotels however they wish.
