The hilton at Resorts World is a little far from the strip ,say about 15 mins and $11 by rideshare (Lyft)... New rooms and a little less glamorous lobby... Walgreens is right opposite and so is Divine Dosa....the vegetarian and jain eatery....

Check in took a ridiculous amount of time, our first room smelled like weed. They were very apologetic and they offered me $100 food and beverage credit which I thought was above and beyond. (I did have to stand in line all over again to get them to change your room so it had been hours trying to check in.) When I went to check out, they said it was only a $50 food and beverage credit. Unfortunately, we had went to a restaurant and spent $100 because we were told we had $100 credit. Kind of a sneaky approach. Tell somebody they have a $200 credit get them to spend $200 during their stay and then at the very end say, oh I’m sorry it was only $50. They didn’t even try to look into it. They just said sorry it was only $50. The other thing is we paid to upgrade to a strip View, and yes, it was a strip view, but maybe because the way they advertise on the outside of the hotel all the windows have bars on it so you’re looking at the strip through a bunch of bars. There’s a tiny little section that doesn’t have bars so you can look out unobstructed. Read less

The resort was beautiful, clean & smelled great! The restaurants had something for everyone. Great service at bars and shops. Rooms were NOT well designed. Cramped for 3 people. Mirror needs to be near desk & plugs for make-up/hair outside bathroom. Be sure to check in online & get phone key to avoid LONG LINES!

It was the slowest check in we have ever experienced and we have traveled all over the world. This hotel is gigantic and they have two people checking people in? I’ll never book this hotel again. We have waited more than 30 minutes and there have only been 6 people in front of him. This is insane.

05-27/29-2025Our stay was Ok. Nothing really wow about this place. We arrived late 1900 hrs. due to flight delay and I was surprised to see a line for check ins. I had an option to do an early check in via the app on a mobile device but chose not to. The app wanted way too much personal information from you like DOB, SSN, scan of your Identification card, Name, and address, just made feel way uncomfortable. When I finally got to the clerk and showed my reservation / confirmation number they charged another $500 onto my credit card and a hold for damages. I did not like that. I prepaid this room weeks ago. We had a deluxe double queen room with a partial strip view and pool view. The view was fine from the 34th floor of the Hilton. Rooms are small and are only good for couples even if they say up to 4 guests. The pools are medium sized, and a private small pool set aside for Conrad guest only. Don't worry you do not miss anything great except for not mingling with the common folk. These are by no means swimming pools but wading pools. some places the pool is 10 inches deep and the deepest is 4 feet. There is a kid's section that looked cool for the kids. Shade/covered seating is very limited for free but available if you pay. It gets super-hot because of the sun reflection from the water, cement, the entire side of the hotel windows like a mirror. Bring a timer to remind yourself to flip over for even sun exposure. The hotels convenient store (Sundries West) really socks it to you. One 12 oz. Smart Water cost $8.50 and a small Simply Orange juice cost $6.50. Not many activities to do here except to gamble. We came to see Janet Jackson concert. It was nice not having to ride share or taxi here and back. The theater was very nice, and I would come back here for another concert. The casino is nice and clean. The smoke level is low. The floor staff really do a good job keeping the place clean and coming by a wiping down seats and machines. The cocktail hostess' check of you often, that nice if you're a drinker. The rooms are nice and had a modern decoration. The fully stocked mini bar is bigger than the mini fridge for you to use. They have a restaurant here called Crossroads. It is all plant based. Thats the only wow factor in this casino. I ate there every day for dinner. Floor games had a $25 minimum inside and outside bets. Funer if you just play the slots. Read less
