The hotel

What a unique place! The lifts ascend diagonally up the pyramid wall and the beam of light that shines from the top can be seen from 10 miles up in space. Vegas gets hotter than Egypt in the summer, so you’ll appreciate the 5-acre pool area with 4 pools, as well as a new adult VIP pool* section. Check out the hotel's dining options too — there's Diablos Cantina, Tender Steakhouse, Backstage Deli, Pyramid Café, and Public House. In the sumptuous Nurture Spa, you can enjoy treatments like botanical body buffs, Swedish massages and refresher facials. Blue Man Group is a comedy, theatre, rock concert and dance party all rolled into one. You'll be closer to the action than ever before at the specially designed Blue Man Theatre at Luxor Hotel and Casino. It's an outrageous multi-sensory experience you'll never forget.

We had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. When we requested a fridge, the staff were rude and condescending, acting as if it was our fault for not knowing that standard rooms don’t include one. They offered to bring one up for an extra $25, charged us, and then never delivered it. After waiting until after 10 PM, we gave up and went to… Read more

They offered to bring one up for an extra $25, charged us, and then never delivered it. After waiting until after 10 PM, we gave up and went to the front desk to cancel the request so we could finally get some rest. Overall, the service was unprofessional and frustrating. I would not recommend this hotel, especially if you value prompt, courteous service. Read less

Checked in at the VIP Lounge and it’s was very smooth as soon as the got the card terminal working. I had a Diet Pepsi and went to my room in the Silver Tower. I have not been feeling very well recently and almost passed out but after a rest on the bed I felt. The room was very clean and everything worked in the room. The Samsung TV is not a smart TV but all the channels work unlike some of the luxury hotels in Las Vegas. The bathroom has both a bath and shower and has good water pressure. This hotel is excellent value for money and I would highly recommend this property. Please don’t think if you’re spending thousands at a luxury property it’s going to be any better than the Luxor. You can also see the Fantasy show which is on 365 days a year. I went and enjoyed it. The location is south strip but it’s still easy to walk to the other hotels. Not sure why they removed the moving walkway and replaced it with carpet between the Luxor and the Excalibur hotel but I guess it’s was breaking down a lot. I am very happy with my stay at this hotel and the staff are very friendly but professional. I highly recommend it the property and it’s only weaknesses was the air conditioning could not cope with the 110f temperature outside but if you draw the curtains the room does cool down. Read less

Stayed in pyramid premier rooms with pink/orange walls. The air conditioning worked perfectly. Room was clean. The chairs could be replaced. Comfortable beds. Clean bathroom. Satisfied with our rooms and walking distance to Allegiant Stadium. Stayed in 22020 which faced Mandalay Bay. Elevators worked fine as long as you had your key ready. Mobile… Read more

Satisfied with our rooms and walking distance to Allegiant Stadium. Stayed in 22020 which faced Mandalay Bay. Elevators worked fine as long as you had your key ready. Mobile keys didn’t always function well, so we had both to use. Premiere rooms do not have joining rooms so do not pay for that option if asked. Read less

Requested a manager come to my room to see the state of things, waited 40 mins and no one came… waited another 20 mins in line at the front desk just to tell them and check out. When I arrived there were people who had been waiting 45 mins just to check in, and still had to wait some more before seeing someone at the front desk. Read less
