Need to update your MGM app to many glitches. Not giving you option to extend your stay. Even when you called customer service they cannot help you either.
Great hotel

Great experience. Only downside was not having a fridge for personal items which is a must for a family. We would go again.
Not great

Won’t go again. Not worth the price. Quality is so so. Long lines at reception. Baggage to room was late. Attitude by service person at desk

Beware when they have conferences - they were understaffed. No help - just handed out cards with QR codes that put u in an endless loop, so we couldn’t check in electronically. We never received a text that they promised to let us know when the room was ready. So we didn't get into our room until 6:30 pm, after the conference day had ended. And that only happened when we went to the front desk.
Stay somewhere else unless you have status here. They are too big to handle that many guests. Go to another hotel that has its act together.
