Water pressure in the showers is miserable, you have to take so long to take a quick shower. They charged guest 22 dollars for a bottle of water. Water should be complementary, I travel for work and all

great service and rooms

We upgraded our room to a tower spa suite, it was very nice. Front desk person was excellent in helping us. We've been to MGM Grand many times and the service and rooms are always great.
Mistakes happen, but solutions are on purpose. So is flubbing it up. MGM couldn't have cared less about us.

Upon check-in we walked into a guest in the shower in the hotel room we were assigned. Everyone's "would this ever happen" moment when checking in. This situation isn't worthy of a bad review. But the solution and follow up is going to show the character of a team - and maybe even a culture. The team that worked with us on assigning a new room and dealing with the check-in process that drew out well beyond an hour continually proved to us that we were just a nuisance and had no desire to do anything beyond the bare minimum to accommodate our stay. My wife and I would go to great lengths to avoid this situation and this team again.

The hotel was beautiful, very clean, the pool and lazy river are a must for family time, but the most exceptional part was the staff. Extremely friendly and helpful
It was ok..

Small room and charge for using mini fridge. Otherwise the stay was pleasant it was on the strip which was a plus. I would probably stay at another hotel next time.
