This is the third night I have been woken up by a banging sound in the ceiling. First night I made myself fall back asleep using headphones and music. Second night it woke me up and I called the front desk but no other rooms available. Third night now and right at 2:00 am it woke me up yet again. It’s a continuous banging sound with what also sounds like a jackhammer. When I spoke with maintenance they were adamant that no construction goes on through the night but I believe they’re just lying. The maintenance person they sent out even had the gall to tell me that I was likely hearing the person above banging the shower door. Really? BANG, BANG, BANG for 6 hours? He said he could see a child doing that. Ridiculous. I have not had one good night’s sleep yet here. If you can avoid MGM Grand, I would do so.

The customer service was good, ther where several different food courts and a buffet, one of the first items my daughter purchased was a fat Tuesday the fat Tuesday was so delicious. New to the casino my daughter had a blast playing the games and slot machines she was sad to lose her money but it didn't really bother her in loosing because she was haveing a good time playing the games and slots. The entire family enjoyed the casino, the food and most of all l got the best sleep ever so very quiet. Thanks MGM

Very comfortable and clean bedding. Bathrooms are exceptional with great products and plenty of bathroom items needed. Had a wonderful view from my room of the places I’d like to see. The staff out front to help help with taxis Uber’s and food orders were absolutely wonderful.

I understand Poker does not earn as much point as a slot or other table game but at the competitions like Venetian and horseshoe I was able to at some point for equal time of playing.
Good part is there was a free water bottle at the check-in, which is Important at the Vegas hotels as casino in Vegas notoriously do not give water bottles in the room or keep the water fountain so they can overcharge you for $7-8 a water bottle.

We had a good time. Room was clean and staff was friendly. Casino wasn’t overly packed and when it did get busy, MGM was quick to open more tables. We will stay there again in the future. *************************************************
