Self-parking $20 and valet parking $40 plus tax per day (payable locally, subject to change). Spa rooms were welcome and relaxing after trekking around all day. Elevators were fast and never crowded,also never had to wait at all before one arrived. The casino has an excellent hvac system whereby cigarette smoke is filtered out and you don't realize people are smoking. There is no smell whatsoever

The front desk customer service was amazing. My wife's birthday is a memory we will never forget! We love staying at New York New York for a couple reasons. The casino is easy to access and location is ideal if you plan on walking (you can be in MGM Grand, MGM Park, Excalibur, and Aria in a matter of minutes. Or if you are taking a car service to other casinos there is easy access to the strip or the back roads to other casinos. There are good fine dining and quick dining options. NYNY is conveniently located on the strip and we really like the casino and restaurants. Our room was good sized and clean but was starting to feel a bit dated, bathroom for example is very small with old style tub. Our room was good sized and clean but was starting to feel a bit dated, bathroom for example is very small with old style tub. But the big problem is it feels like NYNY is in the mass assembly business and doesn’t really care about their customers. For example on our latest stay we were there 4 nights and two of those nights other guests were fighting, screaming and partying in the hallways and surrounding rooms. This was going on until 4am and we called the front desk to send security but honestly that didn’t help much. Made us thing NYNY is turning into a budget, spring break hotel. Read less

Great resort with everything one needs to have a wonderful time all in one central location. The steak house inside the casino is top notch!!! Don't forget to purchase the refillable mug, pay once, refill as needed. The atmosphere and vibe is wonderful. I'm gonna stay again.
