We did not stay at New York New York but gambled there. I played craps there and the dealers did a great job making it enjoyable for everyone. The casino was very clean, and the drink service was excellent. I do wish the casino was smoke free or at least no smoking at the tables. It is hard to enjoy yourself with someone smoking right next to you/

The hotel was clean. A little out dated. Wish there were maps to all the different restaurants. Staff was friendly. Street noise was really noticeable. Roller Coaster didn't work. A little to smokey for me. I know they can do better. They need better ventilation.

Bring a coffee pot and don’t expect a fridge or microwave. We had to turn the sink into an ice chest just to have cold water or drinks accessible. Nothing like hanging over the tub to wash your hands and brush your teeth. Good access to the arena.

We spent three nights at this hotel. We checked in and out using the app. We did a quick self service to get physical keys. Super quick and easy, no lines. Room was nice and clean. Room was cleaned while we were out every day. Close to the places we like to go.

NYNY is a good property, lots of food options and casino is typical. My only issue is the Greenwich Village layout of the food court can get confusing until you figure it out. I had to double back more than once. Other than that it is a nice property and I would stay again.
