The hotel itself is wonderful, but the Nobu staff makes it truly exceptional. On our most recent stay, our check in process was handled by Kerry. She was very personable and efficient. She made sure that we were checked in to the exact room we wanted and made the whole process happen with no waiting period at all. It was a pleasure meeting Kerry, and we look forward to seeing her again during our next visit! Read less

No one provided cleaning service to the room during our entire stay, even though we asked for it several times, even calling emergency services.

I really wanted to like this hotel. I tried to have them make it right as well This hotel is in the old tower of Caesar’s… so the ac is really poor. Our room was 81 degrees when we checked in. It was 72 by 11pm. I usually sleep at 68 so my night was not blissful. The comped my resort fee but it took 5 phone calls to even get that. The room… Read more

The room was dusty and worn (lamp shades and drapes need to be replaced or cleaned, the phone didn’t work, the halls were dirty and we had a housekeeping cart outside our room the entire time. We didn’t get the requested turn down service and the service by the special nobu pool was horrible. Bottom line do not stay at the NOBU Vegas Read less

The check-in process was a BREEZE in a separate lobby (no crazy crowds like downstairs at Caesars check-in). Trinity at the front desk was so wonderful and got us a free upgrade... the staff even went as far as to bring a bottle of champagne to our room for being loyal Nobu guests. This is our new favorite hotel in Vegas... try it, you won't be disappointed! All the fun of Caesars, all the luxury and serenity of a Nobu property. Read less

I love that there is a separate lobby to check in. The hotel was quiet and I didn't hear anyone running up and down the halls. This is the only hotel that I know that has coffee and tea in their lobby in the morning. There was also a happy hour that I didn't take advantage of. I would definitely stay here again!
