We absolutely loved this hotel. It’s part of Caesar’s Palace, but quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of the casino. Our stay was made even better because of Anthony and Kim in guest services. They both went above and beyond for us. Anthony is one of the best customer service agents I have worked with in 30 years of traveling. We will only stay at this hotel from now on. It’s clean, quiet and has a great vibe.

This boutique-style property perfectly blends serene Japanese elegance with the vibrant energy of the Strip, creating a true private sanctuary in the heart of Las Vegas. **Check-in and Service** From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. We were warmly welcomed at the exclusive Nobu check-in lounge on the 72nd floor, completely bypassing the busy Caesars main lobby. A standout was the wonderful customer service team member, Alanah, who personally assisted us with reservations — he seamlessly booked our breakfast each morning and secured a prime dinner reservation at Nobu Restaurant. His attentiveness and genuine care made our stay feel truly personalized and effortless. As Amex Platinum card members, we also appreciated the outstanding benefits: the $300 travel credit, $150 credit toward dinner or the spa, and $30 credit per person per day for breakfast. These perks added incredible value and made the experience even more indulgent. **The Room** Our room featured stunning modern Japanese-inspired design with clean lines, warm wood accents, and luxurious comfort. The bed, plush robes, and high-end finishes was perfect. The room was impeccably clean, quiet, and offered fantastic Strip views. **Amenities & Atmosphere** Nobu Hotel provided a peaceful oasis with a private fitness center and beautiful pool area with cabanas. The hotel’s intimate boutique feels combined with easy access to everything Caesars Palace has to offer made it the ideal romantic and relaxing weekend getaway. Another amazing and welcoming return stay! From the moment we checked in, everything was thoughtfully prepared for our arrival. We were greeted back warmly by Jade at the front desk. The suite came with a wonderful welcome amenity, and the minibar was fully stocked and ready to enjoy. It was clear that the room had been carefully inspected before arrival—which was a very nice touch. The location and access to the restaurant were extremely convenient, making dining effortless throughout our stay. A special thank you goes to Warly from Room Service/Butler Service, who was absolutely outstanding. He consistently ensured our suite was fully stocked and attended to every detail with professionalism and genuine hospitality. The level of service, attention to detail, and warm welcome continue to make this property one of our favorite places to stay. Another fantastic experience, and we will definitely keep coming back. Highly recommended!
