“Wonderful Stay and Amazing Service”

Oct 31, 2026Balaji C

We had a wonderful stay! We booked through Chase The Edit, and the benefits were absolutely worth it. A special shoutout to **Gizelle at the front desk**, who was incredibly warm, helpful, and efficient! We were running late for our show at the Sphere, and she made sure our check-in was super quick and smooth. She also helped us get an upgrade to a beautiful suite through Chase The Edit. We were lucky to have her again at checkout, where she reminded us that the resort fees were included in our benefits, something we weren't even aware of, and made sure everything was taken care of. Really appreciated her attention to detail and thoughtfulness! The hotel was spotless, and the amenities were fantastic. We were welcomed with champagne and chocolates, which was a lovely touch. The suite was incredibly spacious, with three TVs, a bathtub, a steam shower, and a Toto toilet. Checkout was a breeze, and as suite guests, we also got to enjoy the hotel's limo service. The chauffeur was extremely professional, and the ride was a great experience. Overall, a fantastic stay with excellent service, thoughtful touches, and a beautiful suite. Would definitely recommend!

“A lovely oasis within the busy Caesars Palace”

Lovely boutique oasis within Caesars Palace. Well located next to Nobu Restaurant, Brasserie B French and the Forum Shops Design and interiors very plush. Lovely stay!

“Horrible experience. Never again”

We went for a wedding of a family member. There was another wedding there as well which is fine. The problem is they put our room right in line with where the other wedding was. Again not that big of a deal, they could have put us in a room somewhere else but didn't. Then they set up the other wedding and the DJ and speakers are facing our room. The wedding wasn't 25' from our door. We go to the desk and ask about the other wedding. They tell us it ends at 11pm so not to worry. WE HAD AN 8 MONTH OLD BABY WITH US! 11, we said? They said sorry but there is nothing we can do but they will be done by 11. We try and do our best. The noise died down about 11:30. We all fall asleep. Then 1:30am I wake up the sound of a hammer hitting metal. I go outside and they are using a hammer to hit metal trusses as they are disassembling the trusses. This went until 4am. Are freaking kidding me? Never ever again. Way too many nice places that charge $600 a night to stay in Cabo.
