Had such a great time at this hotel, first time staying with friends and received the best service! Jade, Terri, and Jordan made everything fast and easy. They have a great team! Service and friendliness was top tier. Will be back!

From checking in to checkout a nightmare. Room was not available until an hour past checkin time. On our second day, housekeeping walked in while we were napping, even with DoNot Disturb sign out and we had already retrieved our own towels. Attendant insisting on cleaning the bathroom. Room view was of the air conditioning system, so drapes were closed, and we were told after that you have to request a specific view. Upon checking out, our bill included Room service, minibar, and on demand movies from several days before we arrived, $600+ worth. They argued with us thar we had touched the minibar on 11/1, we arrived on 11/2. They attendant that checked us in waived resort fees because Room was not available, checkout attendant said that was impossible. We made a compromise. Towels are awful, no iron, only a steamer, which didn't work and obtaining replacements took an entire day. The bed was great, double pillow top. You are suppose to get priority booking to the restaurant Nobu, that too is BS, only based on availability. The provided shower amenities are do no use, very off putting smell. All in All, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME.

Average room, bath has only one sink, shower tub is very small, bed is not that comfortable.The nice things are checkin staffs are very friendly and helpful. Likely will stay elsewhere next time.
