The hotel

You'll feel like you're in the heart of this Romantic French capital as you dine at the top of the Eiffel Tower or wander around the Parisian boulevards, admiring the designer French boutiques. This hotel has a great central Strip location and of course, one of the best views of the unique Vegas skyline from the top of the tower, which is an amazing half-scale exact replica of the original. You can choose to stay in one of the newly remodeled Bordeaux Rooms, combining classic European elegance with a modern flair. Other Paris sights in replica include the Arc de Triomphe, Louvre façade, Paris Opera House façade and stage, Hotel de Ville and Alexander III Bridge. There are a number of French and international themed restaurants. You can dine out on the alfresco terrace eating authentic French cuisine at Mon Ami Gabi, watching the Bellagio fountains opposite and enjoying people watching on one of the world's most famous streets.

Good quality hotel, nice to have the ability for mobile check-in/out! The room was comfortable, the fridge was cold. One thing that I was impressed with was how the hot water was instantly hot out of the tap. Not sure how they do it, but it is certainly nice not to have to wait for the water to turn hot!

Horrible check-in experience—waited in line for an hour at self-check-in kiosks. Horrible musty smell and wet floor 3’ x 3’ spot near air conditioning. Called and they sent someone with industrial air freshener. She even complained how bad it smelled. We were told to leave our room for 20 minutes while the machine worked. It didn’t help They said… Read more

I used to really enjoy staying at this hotel, but unfortunately, the overall quality has noticeably declined. Check-in was a complete mess. When we arrived at valet to unload, we asked for bell assistance. Despite the valet repeatedly calling for a bellman, no one ever showed up. After standing in the sun waiting far too long, we gave up and carried our own luggage inside. When we finally checked in, we were assigned a room that was still being cleaned by housekeeping. We returned to the front desk to get another room, but instead received the opposite of what I had originally paid for. To make matters worse, the room was outdated, dirty, the A/C was noisy, the bathroom lights were flickering, and—worst of all—there was blood on one of the pillowcases. We asked for another room change, but it wasn’t accommodated until the following day. To their credit, the front desk team delivered excellent customer service. They were very understanding of the situation and ultimately upgraded us to the Versailles Tower, which was appreciated. Beyond that, the rest of the stay was decent. Though, it would be nice if you didn’t have to walk what feels like a mile from the Versailles Tower to the Paris pool—but that’s just how the property is laid out. One last note: we self-parked on our last night, and checking out of the garage was absurdly frustrating. Everyone was having trouble exiting the parking structure, and there was no attendant in sight to help. I’d strongly recommend stationing an attendant at the parking pay stations, especially during peak check-out times, to help prevent that kind of chaos. All in all, this feels like a hotel that values more quantity over quality and guest loyalty. But that’s just my opinion as a hospitality professional. Read less
