The hotel

You'll feel like you're in the heart of this Romantic French capital as you dine at the top of the Eiffel Tower or wander around the Parisian boulevards, admiring the designer French boutiques. This hotel has a great central Strip location and of course, one of the best views of the unique Vegas skyline from the top of the tower, which is an amazing half-scale exact replica of the original. You can choose to stay in one of the newly remodeled Bordeaux Rooms, combining classic European elegance with a modern flair. Other Paris sights in replica include the Arc de Triomphe, Louvre façade, Paris Opera House façade and stage, Hotel de Ville and Alexander III Bridge. There are a number of French and international themed restaurants. You can dine out on the alfresco terrace eating authentic French cuisine at Mon Ami Gabi, watching the Bellagio fountains opposite and enjoying people watching on one of the world's most famous streets.

We were so happy with our room in the Bordeaux tower! I highly recommend paying for the strip view. The room was well appointed and had an open fridge and safe. It was very comfortable and clean. The bed was a bit hard for me and the pillows are soft. If you like support you will need two, The pool was great in the shadow of the Eiffel Tower. We enjoyed drinks, but the pool food menu was lacking. We took in the cabaret show and really enjoyed the beer park while we were there. We checked out on the app and it was simple and transparent. Dropped keys in the the recycle box on the way out and we were on our way. We really enjoyed our stay. Read less

Overall great location, places to eat, clean and spacious rooms. Pool had loungers and towels. Uber ride from Airport is $20. Walking distance to the sphere (20-25mins). Beds are comfortable. Downfall is check in. Very confusing. Online check in is pointless. Doesn’t actually check you in so you have to check in again at the desk. We learned the… Read more

This place was absolutely disgusting! $1389 for 3 days and the room was so filthy I ended up leaving early. The manager was extremely rude and did nothing about our complaints. Do NOT stay here.

Awful check-in experience! My husband was returning our rental car, so I stood in the over 50-person line to check our family in. 4:00pm and only 3 people helping with check-in is absolutely absurd! Awful check-in experience! My husband was returning our rental car, so I stood in the over 50-person line to check our family in. 4:00pm and only 3 people helping with check-in is absolutely absurd! The mobile kiosk says you should expect to wait up to 30 mins to check in, so I figured I would just stay in line. Waited over 30 mins to be told I couldn’t check in because my name wasn’t on the reservation. We booked through Expedia and my husband had screenshotted our reservation, which the employee (Casey) said wasn’t enough. I called my husband who verbally consented to me checking in, said I could provide the credit card that was on the original reservation and my license that showed our same last name and address, but was told that wouldn’t work either. When I asked if I could speak to a manager I was told, “That’s not going to happen.” I asked what I was supposed to do and was told, “You’d have to call Expedia and have them add you to the reservation.” So I had to leave the line and wait another 20 minutes for my husband to arrive and then we did the self check-in at the kiosk. We’ve checked in at other hotels and never had so many issues as at this place. For one thing, they should be fully staffed at 4pm to handle the onslaught of check-ins. Finding this information out 30 mins prior would have been annoying, but way easier to take. Second, if your policy is that no one can check in unless their name is on the original reservation, and you care about the customer and their time, then that should be posted in multiple places to ensure people don’t waste their lives in your ridiculous lines. I watched the exact same scenario happen to the woman before me as well. She was equally as dumbfounded and upset. Last, if the mobile kiosks are there to cut down on the lines, then there should be better advertising for them. They’re all the way down at the far end of the room, not well marked, so only a few people were trying to use them. How about having a hotel employee right when you walk in promoting self check-in kiosks? At least that would show the hotel cares about their customers waiting in long lines. I will own the fact that my name should’ve been added to the reservation, and will ensure it is going forward, but this hotel’s front desk doesn’t care and it shows. Casey was dismissive and indifferent to this experience being so negative. I work in customer service (healthcare) and yes, there are rules to follow to ensure patient safety and privacy, but we ALSO use common sense and lead with problem-solving and empathy. Some times we need to bend a little to accommodate the needs of our patients. The reality is, you can care about the customer AND ensure their safety/security; it’s not an either/or. Read less

Swimming pool closes at 5pm. NO microwave in your room. Buy a water bottle it's $9 each, Everything is designed to keep you at the casino. I did not see anyone winning at any of the machines as well. The Payout must be set very low. I wish we would have just got a nice hotel and rented a Car for the week. The Paris is designed to get as much money out of you as they possibly can. Plan on $10 coffee $10 ice cream cone, $10 bottle of water. The whole time we are struggling to breath because of all the smoke. Very disappointing vacation at best! Read less
