The hotel

You'll feel like you're in the heart of this Romantic French capital as you dine at the top of the Eiffel Tower or wander around the Parisian boulevards, admiring the designer French boutiques. This hotel has a great central Strip location and of course, one of the best views of the unique Vegas skyline from the top of the tower, which is an amazing half-scale exact replica of the original. You can choose to stay in one of the newly remodeled Bordeaux Rooms, combining classic European elegance with a modern flair. Other Paris sights in replica include the Arc de Triomphe, Louvre façade, Paris Opera House façade and stage, Hotel de Ville and Alexander III Bridge. There are a number of French and international themed restaurants. You can dine out on the alfresco terrace eating authentic French cuisine at Mon Ami Gabi, watching the Bellagio fountains opposite and enjoying people watching on one of the world's most famous streets.

Terrible hotel if you are a seven star member with Caesars. They over charged my card and refused to refund the money. Was treated terrible the whole time. Customer service was the worst by far.

Our room had a light fixture hanging off the wall, and the provided toiletries were empty—no conditioner or body wash in the shower. I had to use hand soap just to bathe, and only one washcloth was provided for the entire stay. Housekeeping came through but left behind empty drink containers, which felt careless and unprofessional. The front desk staff was noticeably rude, and even the casino dealers came across as cold and unfriendly. To be honest, a Motel 8 would’ve been a better experience. I cannot recommend this property and strongly suggest booking a more reputable resort. Read less

This was our second time staying at the Paris hotel. While staying there we checked out the other hotels and casinos and none compare to the ambiance of the Paris. The rooms are very clean and quiet and the staff are so friendly and helpful. We will definitely come back again.

Our online check in process was awful. We had 2 rooms booked and only one was available at 3pm even though we used express check in advance for both rooms. Kiosks weren't working until 3:15 for check in. Stood in line to get checked in for second room which shouldn't have been a problem. The front desk attendant, MJ, was "put-off" and interrupted our explanation of our minor issue when we approached the desk. She was abrupt and discourteous during the check in process. Ignoring her negative tone, we continued with the check in. During the process, for no obvious reason MJ called one in our party disrespectful and continued with her degrading comments when they walked away. I was appalled and asked to speak to a manager. Three times I asked to speak to a manager trying to de escalate the negative interaction. Each time she replied " absolutely not." I had to wait in line another 45 min to leave my name for a manager to call me back to report the negative experience. I would highly discourage anyone to book this hotel as the kiosks didn't work, and lines were long. But most importantly because MJ at the front desk was rude, inappropriately insulting, and displayed no professionalism. This employee needs a class on how to problem solve even the simplest issues and basics in hospitality / customer service. I will never stay at this hotel again and recommend those that have a choice stay elsewhere. I would also recommend that MJs manager talk to her about how to treat customers with respect and courtesy. She was simply awful to us and we only asked for what she was there for, room check- in during check in times. If she is that miserable, remove her from interacting directly with customers. Read less
