We rated the rooms zero stars, even after remodeling, because of the horrible hygiene. Upon checking in around 10pm, we saw two of our three rooms and it was clear it would be a nightmare. Room 1 had a toilet with urine from either the housekeeper or previous guest, hair, and trash that hadn't been emptied. Room 2 wasn’t great with trash on the floor (we managed). Room 3 was a whole different story. Gross stuff everywhere - pubic hair by the sink, in the shower, and toilet. Women’s hair all over the restroom floor. Blood-stained sheets and beds just thrown over, looked like housekeeping phoned it in. Our floor was littered with trash. When we brought it to Martha's attention at the front desk, she agreed to send new sheets. However, by the time she did (almost midnight), she expected us to change them ourselves since housekeeping was off-duty. I questioned the point of paying for a hotel if we're doing the cleaning. As Martha chewed her gum and blew bubbles, her nonchalant attitude screamed unprofessionalism, offering no solutions whatsoever. I noticed another employee, Kevin, who was excellent. When I expressed our disgust and concerns, he acknowledged that changing our own sheets was unacceptable and promptly moved us to a cleaner room. Surprisingly, the head of housekeeping inspected our 2nd room because we also found blood stains in the pillows and brought sheets, making one wonder Martha told us there was no one to do so. WE BELIEVED WE’D HIT ROCK BOTTOM, BUT SURPRISE! OUR SECOND ROOM’S PILLOWCASES WERE STAINED WITH MYSTERIOUS BODILY FLUIDS AS WELL!! I would pay EXTRA for a better hotel zero doubt. We strongly advise against this hotel - one room was a mistake, the second okay disgusting, but a third one that cross the line and alarming. Read less

Our stay started off a lil rocky!! We had a running toilet after being on a long flight and arriving late we did not want to hear a running toilet.. We called guest services twice.. The first time we was told would not be a guarantee they could accommodate us with another room and we was ok with that as long as they could fix our toilet. She agreed and told us she would put in a work order. After waiting about 30 mins or so I called again and she then told us we was placed on a list and it depends on how many work orders is ahead.. I said ok ty and went down stairs to the desk. Once at the desk we were told we was not even on the list but Winston was fabulous and took care of us! The maintenance guy came and took care of us right away!! After that we discovered the ice machine on our floor did not work.. I told front desk and they assured it would get fixed, well it did not… not even the next floor machine worked.. so we eventually said forget it!! Saw someone else getting off the elevator looking for ice machines that worked and that is ridiculous!! Read less

Great experience the week I was there. Room was clean, I'm not one that needs the frills. Zeffer's was a great place to grab breakfast or brunch. Location was convenient to the APA pool tournament at the Westgate, just a monorail stop away. Spent a day hanging poolside with friends, great food and fantastic drinks. Excellent hotel and great value for money. Fantastic rooms since the refurb a few years back. Stayed here 2 years ago so booked this same hotel again and it didn’t disappoint. Superbly situated. Monorail in the hotel which gets you anywhere on the strip right up to the top and, and a Deuce bus right outside that takes you downtown.
