“Noise, noise noise!”

Stayed at TI for 6 nights with family for a wedding in Vegas. Location is good for exploring The Strip. Hotel is too too noisy and no quiet areas to relax if you don’t want the gambling experience. No kettle or tea and coffee facilities in the rooms which is not good. The rules around the pool area entry are ridiculous. You can’t take in your water bottle; only unopened prior purchased bottles. Weren’t allowed to bring in a bag of chips that we had purchased in CVS as they were already opened. The music around the pool is far too loud. Please realise that everyone doesn’t like banging noise for hours on end….it is not relaxing. My tech devices told me that my environmental sounds were too high for the entire time at the hotel… this cannot be good health and safety. There are no umbrellas available around the pool area even though the sign on entry says to stay ‘sun safe’ We tried to rent a Cabana on our last day after check out as we had a late flight back to London. The price was $140 plus $150 food and drink purchase….extortionate price. We attended the pool every day for 6 days and never once saw anyone using a Cabana. Surely it would make more business sense to charge less money and have more people use them. At least that way the hotel would be making some money….this way they are making nothing. In addition the Cabanas are dated and dirty! We will definitely not recommend this hotel to our UK family and friends.

I had great experience, room was great...Clarissa at the check-in desk was Outstanding. Breakfast at the coffee shop was 10 out of 10.

Rooms st the TI are clean and updated. Staff was friendly and helpful. Shower water pressure could've been better. Venting fan in the bathroom didn't work. Only hotel on the strip which offers free parking.
