Studio Fountain Suites are the same as Studio Suites, with views of the Bellagio fountains.
Stay Well Suites are designed with features to improve the rooms air quality, water quality, and sleeping environment.
City Corner Suites are larger at approx. 811sq ft with cityscape or mountain views out of large corner windows. They offer a washer and dryer, full-size fridge and dining space for 4. There is 1 king-size bed and pull out queen-size sleeper sofa in living area, sleeping maximum 4 adults.
Executive Corner Suites are the same as above, with an additional powder room.
Vdara Suites are larger at approx. 811sq ft, with a separate living room area, additional powder room, washer and dryer, full-size fridge, and dining room for 4. These suites have 1 king-size bed and pull-out queen-size sleeper sofa in the living area, sleeping maximum 4 adults.
Executive Corner Suites
Panoramic Suites have 270 degree views with perfect views of ARIA and the surrounding area, featuring a separate entertainment area with living and dining space, and full-size kitchen. This suite offers 1 king-size bed and pull out queen-size sleeper sofa in living area, sleeping maximum 4 adults.
One Bedroom Penthouses are approx. 885sq ft are located on higher floors with full-size kitchens, living/dining room, additional powder room, invited guest check-in and a dedicated concierge line. These suites have 1 king-size bedrooms and pull out queen-size sleeper sofa in living area, sleeping maximum 4 adults.
Self-parking $20 and valet parking $40 plus tax per day (payable locally, subject to change). The 24-hour parking fee provides guests with in-out privileges within the same parking type (self or valet) across all MGM Resorts Las Vegas destinations within the same 24-hour period (subject to availability).

My 1500 Sqaure foot vacation home in LA is bigger than this 1600 square foot "Hospitality Suite". This is my first night here which staying for another 2 days feels like a chore. Also they don't care if you spend thousands of dollars on a suite you are just a number to them. The room is worn and they gave me the lowest floor for suite type which is 42 which I feel is racially motivated because of my name. I know the hotel industry and I know what giving the lowest floor means. The next day I was trying to take a shower in the Master Bedroom and the water would not drain. Called front desk and they sent a tech out to unclog it. Went to the guest bedroom to take a shower and black sewer water came up in the Master bathroom! Completely disgusting. Called front desk and told them the issue and the way they replied seemed like it was normal. On top of it all Valet scammed me and made me pay outside while I was also getting charged on my room. Front desk told me I had to go ask Valet for a refund. All this and I didn't even touch base on cleanliness. Stay clear from this property. The W is much better if you are looking to stay at an MGM property.

If you do happen to stay here, do NOT utilize the mobile app. I errored big time and checked in via mobile app. I have been here since 0900. When I arrived I asked at front desk if there was possibility to get into a room early. I was willing to pay up to $200 (done this before in Vegas). The individual at the front desk said 'you mobile check in, you wait for text, you wait for text'. After twice repeating my request and her repeating the same, I walked away. I've been able to get work done in the lobby, but it is now 4:00 p.m. and the app still says 'preparing your room'. All of this may be been reasonably expected, except that there's been a steady stream of people checking in ALL DAY. Had I not done mobile check in, there's chance I'd have been in a room long ago. Do not use the app and if you have choice and are a Bonvoy member, go elsewhere.
