Love this hotel. Rooms are amazing, tables are plentiful but expensive. It is a little far from other casinos due to being located further on the end of the strip but makes up for it with having everything you need in restaurants shopping and gaming!

Great hotel in Vegas close to the strip for convenience but not in the middle of the craziness. Rooms are very large with big bathrooms with tub and shower. Free parking for guests in a convenient garage as well. All staff are well trained to be attentive to guests needs. The pool is only 2 and 1/2 feet deep and had 7 lifeguards which is overkill but does point to the quality they provide. We went to a show offsite on our one night stay so we did not have dinner on premises but both breakfast and lunch were outstanding and there are multiple choices. Read less

We used to always get our visit comped because we gamble. After we gambled and we checked out after three days, we noticed they charged us for the entire stay. When the front desk lady told us we don’t comp any stays unless you gamble more than $100,000. We didn’t know these new rules. She continued to tell us how we don’t gamble enough? What? We don’t plan on coming here. They try to extort you of your money versus trying to keep you. Their entire ambience in the room has changed as well. The pillows are not as fluffy. The bed was very soft and made service didn’t come when they should’ve. We will definitely not be staying here anymore. Read less

We stayed in the Wynn last year on our trip to Vegas and had such a great experience that we decided to return when we came this year for a friend's wedding. We stayed in the Wynn Tower Suite King and were really impressed. Staying in the Tower Suites give you access to a private entrance and valet which is great and a much quicker and easier route than from the self park car park. The room itself was beautiful - all the amenities you could possibly need and a nice view over the city. The rooms have iPads to control the lighting, blinds, TV and room service which is really handy! We made use of the room service a couple of times which was great (albeit expectedly expensive) and quick service. We really enjoyed our time at Wynn and will definitely stay here again if we return to Vegas! Read less

PROS: - Beautiful hotel., everything was sparkling clean and well-designed. - Rooms were spacious and had a fantastic view (depending on which side you stay on) - Staff were attentive, though you don’t interact with them much because you’re constantly on the move/something is happening - Smart room controls, the inner child in me loved opening up electric blinds and being able to control the music/television from the ipad CONS: - Very busy check-in, owing to how great the hotel is but still not fun to wait in line for 20ish minutes when arriving. They do have self-check in machines, but 1 out of the 5/6 were working. - We had an upgrade debacle. The room was upgraded to a Tower Suite, which is exactly the same room but comes with a few added extras (separate check in/entrance, queue jump for breakfast) but the item in question was a $50 breakfast credit. Initially when upgrading us, they didn’t want to honour the credit. Their argument was we’ve upgraded the room for you, which was exactly the same room but just with the bonuses of a separate check-in and in fact, a worse view as before we could view the sphere; whereas my argument was if you’re upgrading a room, then you should also have all the benefits that come with that upgrade. They did renege eventually, but it dampened the experience because for the sake of $50 in a hotel that churns over millions… it felt like a waste of everyone’s time (but I’m principle driven, so the battle will always be fought) - $50 breakfast credit. I understand that some places don’t just offer a ‘blanket cover’ of breakfast, there are so many different price points and they can’t account for every variable. However, the crown jewel in the Wynn is ‘The Buffet’ which is £50 per-person so it would’ve been nice for it to be a range of options – breakfast at the buffet, $50 credit etc. Maybe it’s me, maybe it’s Maybelline or maybe it’s just sometimes when hotels/restaurants offer certain things it can sometimes be viewed as tokenistic if they know you can’t really buy anything on value with that credit.
