Virgin Red is Virgin’s rewards club which Flying Club members are automatically enrolled into when they join. 

It’s your all-access pass to Virgin. Earn Points on everyday spend at M&S, Virgin partners like Virgin Media, Virgin Wines and Virgin Hotels - there’s more than 150 ways to earn. 

From little treats to front row seats. Virgin Red is where you’ll also find epic rewards from Virgin and brands you love. Think spontaneous breaks with serious style, upgrades and exclusive perks you won’t find anywhere else.

Virgin Red has teamed up with M&S to give your everyday spending a little upgrade. 

Through Virgin Red - which links all accounts together, Flying Club members can unlock special Virgin member benefits at M&S, earn Virgin Points on M&S shopping online and you can also choose to redeem your points on M&S treats. 

Member benefits will be unlocked in the M&S app once your Virgin Red and M&S Sparks accounts are linked. Allow up to 14 days after you have linked your accounts for offers to appear. Member benefits will include offers and savings at M&S and may change from time to time so check the M&S Sparks app regularly for the latest perks.

Virgin Points can only be earned online via Virgin Red, not in M&S stores.

To spend your Virgin Points on M&S treats, you will need to pick your reward in the Virgin Red app to receive a voucher which you scan at the till in M&S stores.

Virgin Points are earned on select purchases made online via Virgin Red, not in M&S stores.

Visit the M&S website via Virgin Red and order in the same browsing session after clicking through. Your points will show as pending within 5 working days and are usually confirmed within 45 days of purchase. Head over to Virgin Red for details on qualifying purchases and how many points you will earn

You can spend Virgin Points on a selection of M&S favourites like Percy Pigs. Pick your M&S reward in the Virgin Red app and you’ll get a voucher to redeem in M&S stores on a selection of treats. Vouchers are valid in-store only.
