Our new way to say thank you.

Fly with us in five different years (they don’t even need to be in a row), and we’ll reward you with 12,000 Virgin Points to spend on future adventures. That’s enough for a return Saver Reward Seat from London to New York in Economy*.

And with Flying Club Red status, you’ll also unlock 10% bonus Virgin Points on all future flights after your first High Five – so your balance keeps climbing.

What’s next?

We’re counting back to 2021 – so if you’ve flown with us in five different years since then, your reward will be ready and waiting for you.

By April, you’ll be able to see how close you are to your next High Five reward in the new Virgin Atlantic app.

T&Cs apply.

Terms and conditions

1. Introduction

1.1 The Flying Club terms and conditions are incorporated into and form part of these High Five terms.

1.2 The Virgin Atlantic Flying Club “High Five” is an additional benefit to our loyalty programme.

1.3 High Five rewards Members that have flown with us in five (5) [different] calendar years from 1 January 2021 onwards.

1.4 You can only earn one (1) Stamp per calendar year, regardless of how many flights you take in that calendar year. When you earn five (5) Stamps you will receive the “High Five Reward” as detailed below:

• 12,000 Virgin Points credited to your Flying Club account.

• The reward is the same for all Members across Red, Silver and Gold tiers.

• The following extra benefit is for Red tier members only: 10% bonus Virgin Points on future High Five Qualifying Flights as a Red tier member.

2. Eligibility

2.1 The High Five Reward and Stamps can be earned exclusively by Members only.

2.2 A Stamp is credited only once in a calendar year on a Member’s account for the purposes of tracking progress toward the High Five Reward.

2.3 A Stamp is earned by completing a High Five Qualifying Flight (meaning a flight which must have a Virgin Atlantic flight number and be flown on a Virgin Atlantic aircraft) in a calendar year, with a maximum of one Stamp per calendar year regardless of the number of flights taken (a one–way or return flight will earn one Stamp for the relevant calendar year).

2.4 A flight under clause 5 is not a High Five Qualifying Flight.

2.5  Flights purchased using Virgin Points are eligible to earn Stamps providing they meet the criteria set out in these terms.

2.6 Flights must be completed (not merely booked) within the qualifying calendar year to earn a Stamp.

2.7 Notwithstanding clause 2.3, if you are involuntarily re-protected onto another carrier due to disruption affecting a High Five Qualifying Flight, the originally booked Virgin Atlantic flight will continue to qualify as a High Five Qualifying Flight, provided that you complete the journey.

3. Qualification Period and Backdating

3.1 To recognise continued loyalty, we will backdate qualifying flight activity to 1 January 2021.

3.2 If you have flown with us in each calendar year between 2021 and 2025 you will automatically qualify for a High Five Reward at launch, as you will have earned five (5) Stamps.

3.3  Stamps and High Five Rewards will be credited to eligible Flying Club accounts towards the end of January 2026 and in any event no later than thirty (30) working days thereafter.

3.4 Stamps are cumulative and do not reset. You may earn a High Five Reward for each multiple of five (5) Stamps earned (for example, upon earning a 5th, 10th, 15th Stamp, and so on).

4. Earning Stamps

4.1 A Stamp will be awarded once the flight has been credited to your Flying Club account.

4.2 Stamps are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and have no cash or monetary value.

4.3 Stamps cannot be gifted, purchased, or combined between accounts.

4.4 You can only earn Stamps for flights you have travelled on.

5. Exclusions

5.1 Flights taken on codeshare or partner airlines do not qualify for High Five Rewards.

5.2 Complimentary tickets, charter flights, group bookings without individual Flying Club numbers, and staff rebate travel are not eligible.

5.3 Delayed crediting of flights to a Flying Club account may affect Stamp(s) allocation. You are responsible for ensuring your Flying Club number is added to each booking before travel.

6. Technical Issues

6.1 In the event of system errors affecting the crediting of Stamps or High Five Rewards to you, Virgin Atlantic will investigate the issue and make appropriate corrections as soon as reasonably possible.

7. General

7.1 Virgin Atlantic reserves the right to audit Flying Club accounts and to adjust, remove, or cancel Stamps or High Five Rewards that have been incorrectly or fraudulently claimed.

7.2 Virgin Atlantic may amend, suspend, or withdraw High Five (in whole or in part) at any time.  Any amendment, suspension, or withdrawal will not affect Stamps already earned or High Five Qualifying Flights already booked prior to the effective date of the change.
