Offer Terms:
These terms and conditions govern the Marks and Spencer plc (M&S) Cashback Offer (“Offer”) made available to M&S Sparks loyalty programme Members. M&S is responsible for the administration of the Offer and the award of cashback to eligible customers. Virgin Atlantic Holidays supplies the holiday products. Please read them carefully.
Eligibility:
This Offer is non-transferable and open only to members of the M&S Sparks loyalty programme who reside in the United Kingdom (“UK”) at the time of booking and when cashback is credited to the Sparks Wallet
Offer is valid on new online bookings only made via the tracked link from the M&S Sparks app or website.
Cashback cannot be added to existing bookings or bookings made via our Contact Centre or Retail Stores.
Qualifying Purchase:
While logged into your Sparks account, select a Virgin Atlantic Holidays Offer tile and activate the Offer. You must activate the Offer before making your booking.
After activating the Offer, you will be redirected to the Virgin Atlantic Holidays website. The Offer is subject to monthly availability limits, as described in the "Cashback Amount" section below. Where the monthly availability limit has been reached, the Offer will no longer be available for activation and any bookings made without a valid activation will not be treated as a Qualifying Purchase.
Cashback applies to the flight, accommodation and optional extras of your holiday paid directly to Virgin Atlantic Holidays only.
Offer is valid for holiday bookings made via the Virgin Atlantic Holidays UK website.
Cashback is only available when the booking is completed in the same browsing session after clicking through from Sparks. If you navigate away, use another device, disable cookies, or return later without using the Sparks link, cashback may not track and will not be awarded.
Exclusions:
The following bookings are excluded from Qualifying Purchases:
· bookings not initiated by a Sparks member in the UK;
· bookings not initiated via the Offer link;
· bookings made via Virgin Atlantic Holidays contact centre or retail stores;
· bookings made using devices or browsers that are not compatible with the Offer tracking technology, or where tracking has been blocked or disabled; or
· bookings that are cancelled, refunded or credited for Virgin Atlantic Holidays credits, or otherwise.
The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, offer or cashback unless specifically stated. Cashback cannot be combined with “Discounts” or “Spend & Save” promotions.
Cashback Amount
The cashback amount is as set out on the Virgin Atlantic Holiday tile in your Sparks account. Cashback is only earned once the holiday has been completed in full and all eligibility conditions have been satisfied.
Where a booking meets the eligibility criteria, the expected cashback will appear in your Sparks wallet as ‘Pending’. Cashbacks will only be earned and confirmed once cancellation or amendment window has passed and the holiday has been completed in full.
If your booking is amended by you or by Virgin Atlantic Holidays and, as a result, no longer meets the eligibility criteria, any pending cashback amount may be recalculated to reflect the amended booking, or where the amended booking no longer qualifies, removed. Any adjustment will be reflected in the Sparks wallet once the amendment is confirmed. No cashback will be earned unless the amended booking otherwise qualifies and the holiday is completed in full.
Cancelled bookings do not qualify for cashback.
Cashback Offers may be subject to monthly availability and redemption limits. Where a limit has been reached, the Offer will no longer be available for activation until the following calendar month.
Issuance of Cashback
Cashback is only paid after the holiday is completed.
Cashback may be delayed or withheld where M&S or Virgin Atlantic Holidays' or their respective technical partners are unable, despite reasonable efforts, to verify the qualifying booking. Where a booking meets the tracking and eligibility requirements, it may appear as "Pending" in the Sparks wallet, as above in "Cashback Amount".
Cashback can only be credited through the Sparks programme. It cannot be issued as cash, gift cards, cheques, cryptocurrency, or by any method other than the Sparks wallet.
Questions
Any missing cashback claims must be raised via M&S Sparks customer support. Virgin Atlantic Holidays is unable to process cashback queries directly.

General Terms
Cashback may be withheld, cancelled, or reversed if fraudulent, duplicated or invalid activity is suspected.
M&S reserves the right to withdraw, cancel or amend the Offer or these Terms & Conditions at any time if circumstances require it (including for legal, regulatory or operational reasons) and without further notice. Any such changes will not affect cashback validly earned in respect of holidays completed before the change takes effect.
