How to earn

How to claim your points

To claim your Virgin points, simply present your Virgin Atlantic membership and purchase receipts at Concierge Services, located within the Village, or claim digitally using The Bicester Collection’s Airmiles e-Redemption Service, on the day of purchase.

Flying Club members may also claim points retrospectively by emailing images of purchase receipts and their Virgin Atlantic membership to the relevant Village listed below, provided that these are submitted within the applicable claims window.

1) Flying Club members can collect 1 point for every £1/€1 spent* at one of the nine Villages in Europe across The Bicester Collection.

2) Points may take up to four weeks from the date of purchase to credit your Flying Club account.

3) We recommend claiming Points on the day of purchase via the Village’s e-Redemption Service or at Concierge Services; however, you have up to six months from the date of purchase to claim Points. Claims submitted after this six-month period will not be accepted.
