High Five is our new way to say thank you to Flying Club members who keep coming to us, year after year.
Our new way to say thank you.
Fly with us in five different years (they don’t even need to be in a row), and we’ll reward you with 12,000 Virgin Points to spend on future adventures. That’s enough for a return Saver Reward Seat from London to New York in Economy*.
And with Flying Club Red status, you’ll also unlock 10% bonus Virgin Points on all future flights after your first High Five – so your balance keeps climbing.
What’s next?
We’re counting back to 2021 – so if you’ve flown with us in five different years since then, your reward will be ready and waiting for you in January 2026.
From early next year, you’ll be able to see how close you are to your next High Five reward in the new Virgin Atlantic app.

Yes! We’re counting flights back to 2021
So, if you’ve flown in five different years between 2021 and 2025, you’ll receive your reward when High Five launches in January 2026

Red members will also get 10% bonus points on future flights after their first High Five
We’ll email you to let you know when you’ve earned a High Five reward, and your reward will be automatically added to your account

- Yes — as long as it’s a flight operated and marketed by Virgin Atlantic, it will count
- Only your first flight per calendar year is counted

- All Flying Club members were emailed about the new reward in November 2025
- Members who have earned their reward will be notified at the end of January 2026 via email
- Rewards will be automatically credited to your account when we launch in January 2026
- No — High Five is a permanent, always-on reward. Your flights counted towards your High Five won’t expire, and you can keep earning new rewards every time you complete another five years of flying
- Yes! Every time you reach another five flying years (e.g., 10, 15, 20 years), you’ll earn a new reward
- No registration is required — if you’re a Flying Club member, you’re automatically part of the High Five program
- That’s all it takes! Just one qualifying flight in a calendar year earns your annual stamp
Terms and conditions
- For Flying Club members only
- Only flights taken as a Flying Club member count towards a High Five
- Only Virgin Atlantic operated flights count
- Based on calendar years - the first completed flight in a calendar year counts towards a High Five
- Only one flight per year can be counted towards a High Five
- Virgin Points can be spent with Virgin Atlantic, Delta Air Lines and other partners across the Virgin Red family
- There will be a processing period of several weeks before all rewards are credited from January 2026
- Members can earn a High Five reward every time they fly in 5 different years with Virgin Atlantic
