  • Virgin Wines only deliver to UK addresses.
  • You will need to register for a Virgin Wines account if you do not already have one. You will need to ensure you have added your Flying Club membership identifier to your account.
  • Members will be eligible to earn points on selected products with Virgin Wines as long as there is a valid Flying Club membership identifier on their account at the time the order is placed.
  • Members only earn points on products that are Virgin Points eligible products. This will be clearly stated on the product at the time of purchasing, along with the number of points you will earn.
  • Points can take up to 21 days post dispatch of your order to show in your Virgin Red account.
  • Virgin Wine vouchers are non-refundable and non changeable.
  • You may return your order for any reason whatsoever at any time up to 14 working days from the day after the date you receive your wine, provided all of the products are unopened and intact. If the product is returned, you will not receive any points.
  • Images for illustration purposes only. Wines are subject to availability and may be swapped for a similar wine of equal or greater value in the event of stock shortages.
