Morning
Given that Vegas is one food-loving town, you can bet that, from breakfast to dinner, you’ll be eating well — very well. Begin as you mean to go on at The Venetian, which is host to Bouchon: a restaurant run by the three Michelin-starred chef Thomas Keller. Breakfast and brunch are a thoroughly Gallic affair here, with plates ranging from the light (smoked salmon with a freshly baked baguette) to the wonderfully indulgent (a terrine of fois gras). Before you head out, swing by the two Bouchon Bakery outposts in the Venetian, where you can grab a sachet of vibrant macarons — or a TKO, Keller’s much-beloved take on the Oreo cookie — to go.
