Chief Executive Officer
Corneel became Chief Executive Officer of Virgin Atlantic on 1 January 2026, where he’s responsible for leading the British flag carrier on its journey to becoming the most loved travel company. He re-joined Virgin Atlantic in 2019 as Chief Customer Officer, expanding his remit to Chief Customer and Operating Officer in 2020. Since 2017, Corneel has served as a Board Member of Virgin Atlantic Airways Limited.
Chief Customer Officer
A long-standing customer champion, Juha oversees the design and delivery of the airline’s end-to-end customer experience as Chief Customer Officer. His remit includes Brand & Marketing, Loyalty, Communications, Customer Experience Design & Journeys, Cabin & Inflight Services, Customer Centre and Clubhouses.
Chief Commercial Officer
Dave is Chief Commercial Officer at Virgin Atlantic, responsible for leading the airline’s Commercial function and driving quality revenue growth across Sales, Network, Revenue Management, E-Commerce, Ancillaries and the Transatlantic Joint Venture with Delta and Air France KLM.
Chief Operating Officer
As Chief Operating Officer at Virgin Atlantic, Suzanne oversees the safety, efficiency and excellence of the airline’s flying and ground operation. Her remit includes Flight Operations, Engineering & Maintenance, Airports, Network Operations, Crew Logistics, Safety & Security (including compliance and health), Business Continuity and Facilities.

As Chief People Officer, Becky is responsible for ensuring that Virgin Atlantic’s people can thrive at work by creating inclusive experiences that energise teams, uphold colleague happiness and drive performance, helping the airline to achieve its vision to be the most loved travel company.

Ansar is Interim Chief Financial Officer at Virgin Atlantic, overseeing Corporate Finance, Financial Planning, Finance Operations, Procurement, Fleet and Internal Audit.

As Senior Vice President, Corporate Development & Legal Affairs, Holly’s remit includes Legal Affairs and the Company Secretariat, alongside Corporate Strategy, Government Affairs, Sustainability and Community.
