  1. Sign up to Virgin Hotels’ Loyalty Program The Know and link your Virgin Red account
  2. Make sure you're logged into The Know and book online with participating Virgin Hotels
  3. Bookings at US hotels will earn 5 points per $1, and bookings at UK hotels will earn 7 points per £1, regardless of your chosen payment currency.
  4. The points will appear in your Virgin Red and The Know accounts within 30 days of your checkout date
Book online
  1. Sign up to Virgin Hotels’ Loyalty Program The Know and link your Virgin Red account so that your points can be redeemed with Virgin Hotels.
  2. Make sure you're logged into The Know before you book your stay.
  3. When you’ve selected your chosen hotel, click Book, followed by Book a Room.
  4. Toggle the Pay with Virgin Points option, enter your preferred dates and click Check Availability.
  5. Follow the remaining steps to check-out. Your Virgin Points will be deducted from your account when you book.

Points can be earned on qualifying rates only.

Some restrictions may apply. Reservations made by tour operators, or by third-party channels, including but not limited to, expedia.com, hotwire.com, orbtiz.com, travelocity.com, priceline.com and booking.com are not eligible for points.

Group bookings, airline crew and/or contract rates, employee rates, complimentary rates, and friends and family rates are also not eligible for points.

For points to be awarded, the Flying Club member must have been a registered guest and the bill must be in their name.
