Authority to act

8.1 If your Ticket was paid for by someone else, we will process your reservation on the understanding that such person has your full authority to act as your agent in respect of all aspects of your reservation (including cancellation and making any changes).

8.2 If you want to stop or restrict that person’s authority, you must notify us https://www.virginatlantic.com/help

8.3 Unless applicable laws require otherwise, we only make refunds to the original form of payment.  See Article 10.4 for more information.

8.4 In a booking containing multiple passengers, any passenger named in the booking can make changes to it (including cancelling or amending flights of other passengers). If you want to stop or restrict that person’s authority, you must notify us https://www.virginatlantic.com/help.
