Following new public health measures introduced by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) in India, all customers travelling to Delhi, Mumbai or Bengaluru are required to complete a mandatory Self-Declaration Form (SDF) before arrival into India.
The form will be provided to you by either our ground teams at London Heathrow, or by our crew onboard, who will be happy to assist if needed. We kindly ask that you complete the form as soon as possible to support a smooth and efficient arrival process.
In line with guidance issued by the Indian authorities, customers who are feeling unwell or experiencing any of the symptoms below should make themselves known to airport or medical teams:
• Fever
• Weakness
• Muscle pain
• Headache
• Sore throat
• Vomiting or diarrhoea
• Rash or bleeding
These precautionary measures have been introduced to support public health screening and early medical assistance where necessary.
Customers are encouraged to:
• Ensure contact details are up to date in My Booking
• Check the latest travel advice before departure
The safety and wellbeing of our customers and crew remains our number one priority, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
