Which terminal?
Phuket Airport has two terminals - Domestic and International. All Virgin Atlantic flights depart from and arrive at the International Terminal.
There is a 5-10 minute walk to connect between the terminals.
Limousines, Airport Bus, Taxis and car rental services are available at international and domestic arrivals hall, level 1.
When does my flight depart/arrive?

What time should I arrive at the airport?
Leave those last-minute airport dashes to the big screen. We recommend that you arrive at least three hours before your flight is due to leave.
Do I need a visa?

Online check in
The best way to check in is online where you can pick your seat and either print your boarding card or use your mobile boarding card. If you’re travelling with carry on baggage only, we’ll see you at the gate.
Counter check in and bag drop
Counter check in and bag drop is inside the International Terminal. There is no specific allocation for Virgin Atlantic check in desks so please check the information displays once inside the Terminal.
Check in starts from three hours before departure and closes one hour before departure.
