Located in our Upper Class Wing, our Clubhouse at London Heathrow is more like a five-star hotel than an airport lounge.

Work, unwind, dine, or happily do nothing at all. It’s your time before you fly, and we’ve made room for all of it, whether that’s a final hour of focus, a peaceful pause, or a chance to settle into holiday mode sooner. Because the best trips begin before boarding.

Order what you want, how you want

You’ll be able to choose if you’d prefer waiter service or to use our online ordering system. If you’re seated in our Brasserie, we’ll come to you and take your order. Or if you'd prefer to self-serve, our deli bar is stocked with fresh bites.

If you’re relaxing elsewhere in the Clubhouse, you’ll find a QR code at your table, which you can scan to access our online ordering for everything from a glass of champagne to a burger. No need to get up – we’ll bring it to you when it’s ready.

Cocktail hour

Pull up a stool at our Clubhouse bar, and you’ll find everything from crisp bubbles and thoughtfully chosen wines to classic cocktails, alcohol-free favourites, and our own signature serves, all mixed with a little style.

Whether it’s a Laurent-Perrier before takeoff, a Virgin Redhead with a bit of theatre, or something simple poured just right, the bar brings a lovely sense of occasion to the wait.

Fancy a tiny tipple?

GREY GOOSE Altius has arrived in our Heathrow Clubhouse, and it’s making a very small entrance. Meet the Tiniest Tini, a perfectly formed miniature martini created for World Martini Day and served on select dates this summer.

Choose your ideal garnish from a bespoke boarding pass menu, then settle in for a tiny pour with signature Clubhouse style. Prefer your martini with a little more martini? Our Safe-tini menu lets you craft your full-size serve exactly to your taste.

The time before you fly, refreshed

If you know, you know. The Clubhouse has always been well worth arriving early for. Now part one of our London Heathrow glow up has landed, bringing new spaces and a fresh focus on wellbeing to our preflight experience.

The Gallery

At the heart of it all is the Gallery, completely redesigned with a new layout, intuitive seating, and space to dine, drink, and relax - all with panoramic runway views and artwork, including pieces created in collaboration with Artbox London.

Cinema room

Somewhere between a Soho screening room and your favourite film night. Our Cinema brings a more intimate, studio-like feel to the time before takeoff, with soft lighting, immersive sound and seating that’s dangerously easy to settle into.

Work Pods

Inspired by our Virgin Records roots, ‘The Manor’ and ‘The Townhouse’ are mini-studios made for focus. Think sleek desks, integrated power and a subtle ‘on air’ glow when you’re in the zone. Deadlines welcome, distractions politely declined.

Quiet zones

Take twenty minutes to switch off before takeoff in our dedicated relaxation areas, designed to help you slip onboard feeling more like yourself. Pop on your headphones and let the outside world drift away - just don't get too comfy and miss your flight call.

Who can access the Clubhouse at LHR?

Customers may access the Clubhouse at London Heathrow from 3 hours before departure when travelling in an eligible cabin, or through their eligible frequent flyer status.
