Not just yet. We’re starting with our A350 fleet, with more aircraft getting the Starlink treatment over time. During rollout, onboard WiFi may vary depending on your aircraft.
Stream, scroll, browse, message and more, just as you would at home. There are of course ground rules to make sure everyone gets to enjoy the experience, like using headphones, keeping the volume and lights low, and the content cabin-friendly.
Yes, you can connect to Starlink on multiple devices.
No, we want to respect the cabin for everyone so we also ask that any voice calls are kept short too.
At Virgin Atlantic, we’re committed to making your time onboard as enjoyable and connected as possible. Free, high-speed WiFi is part of the onboard experience on flights with Starlink, helping you stay connected, stay productive or simply switch off while you fly.
To help keep every journey smooth, we ask all guests to follow the guidelines below when using our WiFi service.
So that everyone can relax and enjoy the flight, please be mindful of others when using your devices in the cabin.
Keep calls short and your voice low, as sound carries more than you might expect. Voice calls are allowed, but video calls are not. Headphones must be used at all times for calls, audio and video content.
On night flights, when cabin lights are dimmed, calls should be turned off, and noise, screen brightness and device use should be kept to a minimum to avoid disturbing others.
Please make sure any content you view is appropriate for a shared environment. Some websites and services may be restricted.
By accessing and using the WiFi on your flight, you agree that you will not:
