Everything you need to know about the Upper Class Wing

Passengers travelling in the following cabins:

  • Upper Class on Virgin Atlantic + a guest travelling with Virgin Atlantic or Delta
  • Delta One on Delta


Passengers with the following loyalty status:

  • Flying Club Gold card members + a guest travelling with Virgin Atlantic or Delta
  • Delta Sky Miles Diamond and Platinum Medallions + a guest travelling on Virgin Atlantic or Delta
  • Flying Blue Platinum Members + a guest travelling on Virgin Atlantic or Delta
  • Virgin Australia Velocity Club Gold, Platinum and The Club card holders travelling on Virgin Atlantic

Where to find us

  • It is free of charge to drop off at the Upper Class Wing (the Heathrow Airport Terminal Drop Off Charge does not apply).
  • When you arrive at London Heathrow, ask your driver to turn left before the usual T3 drop off location, following the 'Virgin Upper Class Wing' sign.
  • Let us know your booking reference when you pull up to the barrier.
  • At the top of the ramp, ask your driver to park in one of the bays. We'll meet you and take you through the Wing to the Clubhouse.
  • Exit as normal through the Terminal 3 forecourt. ANPR cameras will register your vehicle and automatically exempt the fee.

To enjoy the best of what the Upper Class Wing has to offer, we advise you to check in online when it opens, 24 hours before your flight.

If we have all your Advance Passenger Information, you'll get the smoothest transition through the Upper Class Wing and will be sipping on cocktails in the Clubhouse in no time. If you haven't been able to check in online, we can still do that when you arrive.

  • Please arrive at least 60 minutes prior to departure
  • The Wing is for drop off only - there's no parking.
  • Maximum vehicle height is 4.4 metres, weight is 7.5 tonnes and length is 5.8 metres
  • We can't accept stretched chauffeur cars or oversized vehicles like Humvees
