Diwali brings light, music, and celebration to cities across the UK. Marking the triumph of light over darkness, it’s an important festival for Hindu, Sikh, and Jain communities, with Trafalgar Square hosting one of the country’s most vibrant celebrations.
Around Halloween, the UK leans into the season with costume parties, trick-or-treating, haunted houses, and attractions built for a proper jump scare. Remembrance Day, on 11th November, honours those who lost their lives in conflict. Across the UK, the day is marked with services, wreath-laying, and a two-minute silence at 11am, with the national service held at the Cenotaph in London.
London Jazz Festival fills the capital with everything from intimate club sets to standout performances on major stages. With venues including the Barbican, Royal Festival Hall, and Ronnie Scott’s, it brings together rising talent and international jazz greats.
